Taking down cement plaster on brick walls & concrete surfaces & the like including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., any description, including removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Area includes in this items upto G+8 stories of building, necessary scaffolding and arrangements are deemed to be included in rates.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on ceiling/ struts 1n patches in CM 1:3. finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rough Cast Plaster on Brick Walls consisting Under Coat of Cement and Sand Mortar 1:3 not less than 10mm thick and while it is still in Plastic state the Rough Cast Mixture consisting of Crushed Stone or Fine Gravel mixed of size 6mm with Coarse Sand and Cement in the ratio 1:1:1 shall be applied and finish Even, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing plastered surface applying two coat of oil bound distemper on walls / cellings white or any tint over a coat of primer etc) complete as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of steel and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of steel and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood and wood based of any description and girth, not otherwise described and treated with one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc.; rubbing down and stopping of surfaces using sand paper and applying one coat of oil bound distemper, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered surfaces as of walls and applying one Coats of acrylic Weather Coat Exterior Paint achieve uniform and smooth surface by roller brush having no sign of brush marks complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plaster surface & apply two coats of cement based paint over a coat alkali primer resistance and all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of old surfaces and apply one coats of cement based paint etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .

M & L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint on steel surface including preparation of old steel surface width or girth exc 10cm all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint on concrete surface including preparation of old concerete surface width or girth exc 10cm all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel or iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm girth or width and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and specified.

M&L for PCC type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in laying of floor finishes incl demoltion of existing damaged PCC complete all as spd and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm agg. ) in sub base of flooring incl demolition complete all as spd and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for first quality, Non skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sq.m but not exceeding 0.11 Sq.m, laid in floors with neat cement slurry over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles including dismantling of existing unsv tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for first quality coloured glazed ceramic tiles, fixed in pattern of different colour including border of size 350x 450 x 7mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as dado/skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match with shade of tiles laid on and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3), including dismantling of existing unsv tiles complete all as specified and as directed.. Note :- Pattern of the tiles shall be approved by GE at the time of execution.

M&L for Granite 18-20mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished), floor, wall, pillars in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms, wash basin platform and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite incl moulding ,rounding of edgeing including dismantling of existing unsv tiles complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for Green Marble 8-20mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished), floor, wall, pillars in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms, wash basin platform and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite incl moulding ,rounding of edgeing including dismantling of existing unsv tiles complete all as spd and directed.

M & L for chequered tiles of size 300 x 300 x 25 mm thick (colour and glazed approved by EIC) with grey cement and pigments laid over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 bedded and jointed in neat cement slurry, including dismantling of existing unsv tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of 60mm thickness any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 -2006, with grey cement, pigment incl 25mm thick sand filling as cushioning , including dismantling of existing unsv tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Kerb Stone as precast PCC type B-0,1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in kerbs stone or mud stops rounded or chamfered on edge, cills , copings etc i complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

M&L for refixing of Kerb stone of pre-cast concrete solid block or slab incl taking out blocks from any position laid dry on end vertically as in road edging, jointed in cement mortar (1:6) and struck flush complete including necessary excavation, earthwork removal of spoil and temping around complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge...

S&F in repair circular concertina coil punched tape (incl spikes and handle) with 50 turns and loop dia 500mm, width of barbed 9mm dia and spacing clips 23.5mm to 24.5mm c/c and weight of coil not less than 10 to 14 kg without packing, coil length will be 6meter when opened up etc, fixing at any position/at any height, binding with angle iron ground pickets and binding of coils with clips and binding wire as per manufactures's instruction & sample as approved by GE /EIC complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and specified.

Dismantling existing old vintage damaged and rusted / faded road MS sign boards complete all as directed .

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 100 mtr making good in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.
