Description of work for NS items

Providing and painting of exterior boundary wall with decorative wall mural/artwork, including surface preparation, primer, exterior-grade weather-resistant paints, artistic design, lettering/graphics wherever required, and complete finishing as per approved design and direction of Engineer-in-Charge/CEO.

Providing and applying premium quality exterior-grade weather-resistant acrylic emulsion paint on external walls, including thorough surface cleaning, removal of loose/peeling paint, minor crack filling and surface preparation, one coat of exterior acrylic primer and two coats of premium UV-resistant, water-repellent exterior acrylic emulsion paint, including all materials, labour, scaffolding/access arrangements, tools & tackles and complete finishing, all as per approved shade, manufacturer's specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge/CEO.

Amount after rebate in figures

1. Conditional tender shall not be accepted and in such case if the same tender is found lowest

the earnest money deposited by the contractor shall be forfeited.

2. Quantities may be increased or decreased upto any extant and contractor shall have no

claim for the same, the contractor is liable to pay all taxes as applicable by the Government.

3. If rates for N.S. Item not quoted, it means that contractor is ready to execute the work at free

of cost upto the value mentioned above in N.S. item.
