(e) Graded Brick bats filling under sunken floor of required thickness as per site, (f) 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6,type C-1,using 20mm graded stone aggregate over brick bats filling as in subbase. Notes:- (i) For payment purpose only plan floor area shall be measured. (ii) After Coating of Water proofing compound ponding test shall be carried out by filling the sunken surface with water for 72 Hrs and get approved by Engr-in-Charge if any leakage/ seepage noticed the Contractor will re-do the whole process without any extra payment. Note: Hanging of ceiling fan shall be carried out after completion of B/R work.
