Opening the unserviceable VCB panel with the help of tools and properly cleaning the VCB with CRC-226 i.e- an electric contact cleaner, clean any old grease in the VCB , Check the condition of the fixed and floating contacts, inspect the positioning of the contacts. Replacement of Vacuum arc quenching chamber, Current terminals, traction insulator (spout), control element and electromagnetic actuator. Replacement of vacuum arc quenching chamber-02 Nos complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Lay , Testing and Commissioning HT 11KV XLPE cable , PVC insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable, heavy duty with aluminium conductor 11000 Volts grade (earthed), 3 core 95 sqmm laid in trenches / floor / duct / fixed on poles / through GI tubing including brass cable glands complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old cement coated surface, cleaning the surface of the RCC HT/LT pole above the ground level including coping area with 2 coats of exterior Emulsion paint over a coat of cement primer after preparation of surface including 12 cm black paint around the pole and pole number in red paint all as specified and as directed.

M&L for disc type insulator, single disc assembly, heavy polymeric insulator to suit 11 KV HT working Pressure of size 145 mm height, 255 mm dia , including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washer and one GI nut complete including dismantling existing old insulator from position all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pin type heavy polymer insulator to suitable 11 KV HT of working pressure of size 150mm height, 150mm dia, including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanished iron washer and one GI nut complete including dismantling existing old insulator from position all as specified and as directed.

M&L for post type heavy polymer insulator suitable for 11 KV HT working pressure including all connected accessories including dismantling existing old insulator from position all as specified and as directed.

Replacement of ACSR type jumpers(appx 1.5 RM in length) of suitable dia including aluminium lugs of suitable size for HT structures and yards including PVC insulation pipe and cleaning of carbon deposited on joints, applying jelly to each contact points and GOD male & female contacts and dismantling old jumpers complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down 11 KV HT Drop out fuse assembly with DO Fuse unit and Triple pole Air break switch mechanism complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for HT Drop out fuse assembly of 11 KV Current Rating of 200 Amps with 2 post type heavy polymer insulator per phase, double stack channel type including steel base mounting frame,new jumpers of ACSR with ends crimpled aluminium lugs, MS Nuts and bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No. 18 here in before but getting out in soft disintegreted rock/ laterite rock all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in excavated earth work including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in any strata all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m, depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

Supply/ Lay dry river sand in trenches for cable protection all as specified and as directed. Note : Punned down thickness of sand only shall be measured & paid.

Supply and lay precast concrete cable covers,class HV,type- I flat size (300 x 180 x 40) mm all as specified and as directed.

M & L preparation of old painted external surfaces of HT 2 pole structures consisting of cross arms, GOD assy with pipe, DO fuse assy, clamps etc., of any description and applying one coat of Aluminium paint by mannualy (Except PCC/RCC Pole) all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 25 here in before but for 4 pole structure all as specified and as directed. Note for item No 25 to 26 :- This rate inclusive of painting all minor items such as clamps, brackets, nuts, bolts and washers which is not particularly mentioned in the structures & each job will be measured and paid.

M & L preparation of old painted surfaces of HT 11 KV substation Varunapuri consisting of RCC poles / ISMBs, cross arms, GOD pipe, clamps etc., having of any description and applying one coat of aluminium paint by manually (including structure) except PCC/RCC pole all as specified and as directed. The approx particulars are as under :- (a) Angle Iron cross support 75 x 75 x 6 mm - 80 RM (b) MS Flat 50 x 4 mm - 24 RM (c) Channels of size 75 x 75 x 6 mm - 220 RM (d) Channels of size 100 x 50 x 6 mm - 110 RM Notes :- (a) This rate inclusive of painting all minor items such as clamps, brackets, nuts, bolts and washers which is not particularly mentioned in this item. (b) This painting work will be carried out during Holidays only to avoid electrical shut down.

M&L to Carryout fault finding of 33 KV or 11KV HT Under ground Cable of length up to 1.5 KM in case of cable fault such as short circuit / burn out of earth fault etc including carryout necessary hypot test by injecting high voltage up to 50 KV , complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The contractor shall excavate the fault location and shall confirm the cable fault all as directed. Quoted rate deemed to be including charges for necessary T&P items, excavation & earthwork all as specified and as directed.

M & L for painting on surfaces of outdoor HT feeder pillar box by scrapping out with wire brush after preparing the surfaces by removing dust etc applying two coats of synthetic enamell paint over a coat of red oxide on the external surfaces of HT Feeder pillar box including writing "DANGER, HT 33 KV SUPPLY" all as specified and as directed.

Removing grass and bushes including its roots growing at Substation yard and keep the sub station yard neat and clean complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Fixing and testing of metering & protection Current Transformer (CT) resin cast dry type indoor type of 11 KV capacity dual ratio 100-50/5 Amps, 15 VA burden class I accuracy for metering and 15 VA/5P-10 for protection including dismantling old existing CT all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Fixing and testing of metering & protection Potential Transformer (PT) resin cast dry type indoor type of 11 KV capacity ratio 11 KV/ 110 V, 200 VA burden including dismantling old existing PT all as specified and as directed.

M&L for servicing of 11KV VCB at Nofra & Varunapuri substation, MAP Pahse 1, Kirti Enclave and P-404 dismantling cleaning greasing the complete VCB with attached numerical relays, bus bar etc insulation testing setting the contact gap by measuring as required reassembling the VCB and reinstalling back to its original position checking repairing the current circuit panel wiring ,relay testing and commissioning and provision of minor spares as required complete including operational testing and commissioning all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of the following for HT VCB 11 KV 800 A 25KA 250MVA all as directed including dismantling old unserviceable one.

M&L for ACSR Conductor as per required of size for LT/HT connection all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 3 m deep below the ground level with top edge of the plate n. less than 1.5 m below ground level and filling with cotton soil of volume 0.5 Cum brought from outside and Magnesium sulphate of 100 kg, salt of 100 kg and charcoal of 100 kg and connected to GI Strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts ,nuts ,checks nuts and washers of galvanized steel including necessary earth work and excavation in any strata and PCC 1:3:6 type C2 chamber and chamber RCC cover and light grade GI pipe 50 mm dia of required length for protection of GI strip and water funnel and wire mesh with GI pipe medium grade 20 mm dia etc complete all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I and as directed including connections and testing on completion all as specified and as directed.Note : GI earth strip upto 7.5 RM is included in the unit rate quoted.

Taking out old concrete poles of 11M long embedded in concrete foundation and Supply & Erect new Pre stressed concrete pole, 11 m long, 180 X 160 mm at top and 300 X 160 mm at bottom, class-9, erected in position complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Necessary earth work excavation and PCC foundation and coping concrete will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for PCC type D-2 , 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate including use and waste of form work of concrete for pole or stay foundation all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC type C-1, 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including use and waste of form work for pole coping all as specified and as directed.

Supply only WD-40 spray of 420 ml for cleaning all as specified and as directed.

Supply only CRC spray of 500 ml for penetrates, lubricates and prevents corrosion from the metal all as specified and as directed.

Suply & Fix including taking down old unserviceable Air Circuit Breaker at diffrent sub stations with new air circuit breaker of capacity 4 pole 415 V electrical drawout type of capacity 800 Amps 3 phase 4 wire 415 V electric supply withrated current of over current trip device of 800 Amp rated ultimate breaking / making capacity of 50 KA and rated service breaking/making capacity of 45 KA with thermal magnetic release complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Suplly & Fix including taking down old unserviceable Air Circuit Breaker at different sub stations with new air circuit breaker of capacity 4 pole 415 V electrical drawout type of capacity 1250 Amps 3 phase 4 wire 415 V electric supply withrated current of over current trip device of 1250 Amp rated ultimate breaking / making capacity of 50 KA and rated service breaking/making capacity of 45 KA with thermal magnetic release complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fix in repair Battery Manuel charger Unit of Rating 30 V, 20 A and AC input 230 V, 50 Hz single phase, DC output 34.5 V, 20 A including Dry type sealed maintenance free batteries rating of each battery 12 volt 100 AH with analog voltmeters, Ammeters etc all are fitted in suitable MS sheet enclosures hinged front operated type suitable for the operation of existing HT 33/11 KV VCB Outdoor/Indoor Panels. S & F in repairs HT/LT cable route indicator standard size made out of MS disc size 4" size with MS Flat iron fixed with two nos of nut, bolt and washres and provision of PCC 1 : 4 : 8 type D-2 using 40 mm grade stone aggregate of not less than 0.05 cum in each at base buried under the ground incl necessary earth work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
