REPAIR/ MAINTENANCE HT ELECTRIC SUPPLY SYSTEM AT WATER SUPPLY INSTALLATIONS UNDER GE (UTILITIES) UDHAMPUR

Dismantling of old unserviceable stay assembly including stay wire complete with necessary demolation of concrete excavation and earth work as reqd and removing the same from Site complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old U/S GOD 11 KV and DO fuse unit unit of any type and capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old UNSVdamage/rusted PCC pole/steel tubular poles of any Size necessary disconnecting cables/over head condcutor and removing unserviceable pole from Site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of insulator of any type and Size from existing poles after opening nuts, bolts and removing from Site all as directed.

Dismantling of existing UNSV HT lightning arrestor form the electric pole and removing from Site complete all as directed.

Dismantling HT Danger notice plate from existing postion and removing from Site complete.

Supply and fix HT 11 KV, 150 mm height and 150 mm dia pin type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, white/brown/green, conforming to IS-2486 for 11000 Volts grade including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green, Single disc assembly for working pressure 11000 Volts, conforming to IS-731 and IS-3188 including tenSSRon clamp complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying Galvanised steel wire 4.00 mm dia as continuous earth wire on over head conductor, Guard cradles on road crossing and stretching the same with required span, sag and binding the conductor with GI binding wire of approximate Size all complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and erection of steel tubular swaged pole 11.00 metres long designation 410-SP-55 complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws etc. complete all as specified and directed. [Note :- Earth work and concrete foundation shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant items of Sch 'A').
