Providing, fitting and testing of ward vacuum units(600 ml) complete with suction regulator. The ward vacuum units of 600 ml capacity shall be designed for minimum servicing and high efficiency. The body shall house and ON/OFF knob, regulation knob, vacuum gauge graduated in mili bars. the jar of the vacuum unit shall be transparent made of polycarbonate, unbreakable to the temperature of 134 degree centigrate. the units shall be provided with fluid control trap (safety) fitted on the unit and shall automatically and efficiently shut off vacuum fully, preventing the transfer of liquid to the vacuum regulator, pipe line and pump. The vacuum units are to be fitted on walls with the help of brackets.

Dismounting of the old malfunctioning of wall suction points, Providing, fitting and testing of self sealing valve assembly (front loaded double locking) including cover for suction supply. The valve shall be installed on the wall with its inlet connected to the copper tubing carrying suction pipe by means of brazing with silver electrode. The job includes providing and fitting of necessary copper fittings complete in all respects. The valve shall be non-interchangeable, self sealing, quick-connect gas outlet for Suction suitable for head wallunits/Wall. The front fascia of valves shall be non interchangeable and Gas color Coded.

Providing, fitting and testing of new BPC oxygen flow meter with humidifier bottles connected to the self sealing valves of oxygen. BPC oxygen flow meter shall be offering the latest technical improvements for a precise measuring of the flow, with +/5% accuracy. The body of the flow meter shall be chrome plated Brass, graduated flow tubes and cover made of polycarbonate. The flow meters shall have adjustable flow by needle valve with micro metrical regulation. The flow meter shall be able to compensate back pressure and shall have a standard flow of 0-15 LPM. The inlet filter of flow meter shall be made of stainless steel wire net and is be connected to the outlet of self sealing valve with humidifier bottles.
