Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 50 metres lead: a) Of area 3 sq. metres and below

Repairing of the opening of door including brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) , plaster with 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) and finally finished with OBD/plastic emulsion to match the surrounding all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Tee/angle-iron frames for doors, windows and ventilators of mild steel Tee-sections, joints mitred and welded, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer: a) Fixing with carbon steel galvanised dash fastener of required dia and size (to be paid for separately)

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, temite resistant, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters: a) 32 mm thick termite resistant including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws (Green ply or equivalent make)

25 mm thick (for cupboard) including ISI marked nickel plated bright finished M.S. piano hinges with necessary screws

Extra for providing lipping with 2nd class teak wood battens 25 mm minimum depth on all edges of flush door shutters (over all area of door shutter to be measured).

Deduct for not providing stailess steel butt hinges

Providing & Fixing decorative high pressure laminated sheet of plain / wood grain in gloss / matt / suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 Type S, including cost of adhesive of approved quality: a) 1.0 mm thick.

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. sliding door bolts with nuts and screws etc. complete (Copper oxidised as per IS 1378) a) 300x16 mm

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. tower bolt black finish, (Barrel type) with necessary screws etc. complete (Copper oxidised as per IS 1378) a) 200x10 mm

Providing and fixing chromium plated brass handles with necessary screws etc. complete: a) 125 mm
