M&L for scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surface in area n.exc 400 sqm & depth n exc.50 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair to potholes of any depth n exc 30mm and area n.exc. 1.00 Sqm each incl. sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5.00 kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed as spd for thin bituminous carpet (20mm thick) well rammed and sealed with premixed sand seal coat (6.80 kg binders with 0.06 Cum of sand) again well ramming (including supply of premix binder and sand) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair to potholes of any depth exc 30mm and area not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg/per 10 sq m, using paving bitumen of grade VG-10 putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) complete all as specified & as directed.

M& L for Premix bituminous macadam using 4% binder (Paving Bitumen VG-30) Content by weight of total Mix laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud and bushes near roadside etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc & applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer 05 kg per 10 Sqm (using paving bitumen VG-10) and laying bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete (Design Mix) 30 mm consolidted thickness with 5.5 % of binder content (paving bitumen VG-30) by weight of total mix and compacted to required camber and gradient rolling with power roller with 8-10 Tonne capacity to bituminous carpet to uniform surface complete all as spfd & directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Mix will be prepared in Hot MIx Plant as per Design mix formula obtained from authorised testing lab and laying will be done by mean of mechanical paver.

M & L for preapring the surface and marking broken centre line /side line/Zebra lines, dashes, arrows etc. on bituminous surfaces of road and and the like of any description and width with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BIS 3262 , IRC and MORTH specification with special applicator machine complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for broken stone or boulders in hardcore of gauge exc 63 mm but n exc 100 mm deposited spread and levelled in layers n. exc 15 cm thick watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface.

M&L for 100mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base to flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering, spreading and levelling in layers of 25 mm thick for laying of interlocking tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 80 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 Grade with approved colour (Glossy/Lacquer), laid in design and pattern as in footpath, parks.lawns, Driveways or light traffic, Parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size/Shape. made by table vibratory method using PU mould , laid in required colour and pattern over sand cushioning laye and filling of the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping the extra sand complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In-charge. (Note:- Sand Cushioning shall be measured and paid seperately.)

M&L for 60 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 Grade with approved colour (Glossy/Lacquer), Design and Pattern as in footpath, parks. lawns, driveways or light traffic, Parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size/Shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour and pattern over sand cushioning layer and filling of the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern , finishing and sweeping the extra sand complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In-charge. (Note:- Sand Cushioning shall be measured and paid seperately.)

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid dry or laid dry and pointed complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition ashlar facings, dressed stonework, precast concrete articles and precast concrete block walling (kerb stone etc) built in cement mortar for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L (Except Tiles) for factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 Grade 60/80mm thick with approved colour (Glossy/Lacquer), laid in design and pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, driveways or light traffic, parking etc. laid in required colour and pattern over sand cushioning layer and filling of the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping the extra sand complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In-charge. Note:- (i) Tiles obtained from dismantling shall be used (ii) Sand Cushioning shall be measured seperately.

M&L preparation of old concrete/ brick/stone surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed

M&L preparation of new concrete/ brick/stone surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed

Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
