INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS (SCHEDULE 'A' PART-IX)

S&F of LED 6500K Building Security light and fitting, 20/25 Watt, 230 V, AC, outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminium hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in mutliple optics with class leading IP 65/66, IK and surge protection for long lasting performance with best in class and design complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS (SCHEDULE 'A' PART-X)

Supply, fixing and erect steel tubular swaged poles, ISI marked, complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws drilling of holes for continous GI earth wire as specified type 410 SP-31 (9 metres long) including applying two coats of black bituminous paint internally throughout and externally upto embedded portion and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer with nblack and white strip of 30cm each upto 1.50 metre height and two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer externally on remaining exposed surface after preparation of surfaces and erection in position complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : Excavation, Earthwork, PCC, channel, clamps, nuts, bolts shall be measured and paid separately under respective items)

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting, of capacity 72 Watt with having high pressure die cast aluminium housing with sealed toughened glass cover suitable for pole mounting, protection IP66 complete with all fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI pipe, bracket for street light fittings made out of GI pipe 40mm dia light grade 1.20 m long bent to required angle/shape fixed to pole with the help of flat iron clamp of size 40x6mm two numbers including necessary clamps, nuts, bolts and washers of suitable size and applying two coats of aluminium paint with a base coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, connecting electrically, fixing and testing of street light junction box made of size 155x210x92 mm, pole mounted made up of thermo plastic polycarbonate sheet 2mm thick with IP 66/67 weather proof protection for outdoor installation (with knockouts of cable entry) with terminals and locking screw fitted with 3 phase 4 wire with neutral copper Bus Bar, 415 Volts, 50 Hz and 6A MCB SP 'C' Curve type, suitable for cables off sizes and fixing on steel tubular pole at height not less than 1.5m above ground level with the help of clamps two Nos. of MS Fl 20 x 3mm and suitable nuts and bolts, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for three single core PVC insulated sheathed stranded copper conductor flexible cable drawn into street pole of size 1.5 sqmm for connection or security/street light fitting from junction box complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in gound (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32 x 6mm as earthing lead by means of bolt, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and 4 mm dia GI earth wire with 40 mm dia GI pipe "medium grade" for protection of earth lead and connected to control board or main switch or as directed including earthing pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 for chamber and pre-cast RCC cover of size 380 x 380 x 40 mm, frame of angle iron 25mmx25mmx3mm with lugs 02 Nos and with 8 mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, 20 mm dia GI medium grade pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of Bronze/Gun metal with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and excavation/earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre, all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR -2009 Part -I and connecting to earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed.

Note : (a) The quoted rate shall be deemed to include the cost of excavation & earth work in any type of soil. (b) The quoted rate shall be deemed to include the cost of charcoal and salt in alternate layers; GI strip and GI medium grade protection pipe and GI medium grade watering pipe. (c) The quoted rate shall be deemed to include the cost of funnel, wire mesh, lugs, PCC, RCC, frame work and including provisions of testing of test point, connecting to test point and all the tests on completion. (d) Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order.

Platform shall be of height 45 cm above the nearest road/ground/floor level. Drawings shall be approved by Accepting Officer.

Supply, installation, connecting, testing and commissioning of 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz 440 Volts Outdoor type bus bar enclosure 0.9 x 0.9 x 0.4 mtr size compartmentalised cubical type with canopy, dust and vermin proof, free standing floor mounted type including PCC (1:3:6) platform with required mounting channel feeder pillar box fabricated out of 3.15mm thick CRCA steel sheet duly pretreated and powder coated factory fabricated including cable glands of suitable size including necessary earth work and excavation complete including accomodating the following gears and accessories :- (a) Aluminium bus bar of capacity 100 Amp for three phases 4 strip coloured R, Y, B and 100 Amp for neutral (black)of size 32x6 mm = 4 Nos. (b) Incoming TPN MCB, 4 pole, 32 Amp, 50 Hz, 415 V = 01 No. (c) Outgoing SPN MCB, 4 pole, 20 Amp, 50 Hz, 415 V = 03 Nos. (d) Suitable size of heavy duty porcelin stand lock with suitable size of brass nuts, bolts and washers with heat shrinkage PVC sleeving. Note : The Cost of MCB, TPN, SPN, Ammeters, Voltmeters, Bus Bar, Copper wiring, necessary earthwork, lock and accessories, etc to be included in quoted rate. Drawings to be approved by Accepting Officer.

Supply, fixing and testing of factory made Street Light Panel suitable for 415 Volts 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz AC supply system having 2mm thick mild steel sheet of suitable frame size, maximum load of 5 KW, 24 hours digital timmer, contractor rating 20 Amps (TP), front opening type with aprons for cable entry with single door shutter and locking arrangements, internal wiring 2.5 sqmm with PVC insulated, solid copper conductor, FRLS cables, IS-694 marked of adequate size including the provision of space to accomodate the under mentioned items. The scope sahll include the following:- (a) MCB 20 Amp Triple Pole = 01 No. (b) Protection Relay = 01 No. (c) Time relay = 01 No. (d) Voltmeter - 0 to 500 Volts (voltmeter and PF meter shall be protected by MCB. Note : The Cost of MCB, Ammeters, Voltmeters, Copper wiring/cables, street light panel, locks, earthwork, relays, etc to be included in quoted rate. Drawings to be approved by Accepting Officer.
