Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m - all kinds of soil

Demolishing brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead - in cement mortar

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead - nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Supply of Quarry rubbish including stacking to department gauge for premeasurement and spreading required thickness

Dismantling of flexible pavements and disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 1000 metres, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately - by mechanical means - bituminous courses

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for - retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

Cement concrete 1:3:6 mix with stone aggregates 20mm nominal size mechanically mixed and vibrated in foundation upto a depth of 1.5 metres below ground level and 1.5 metres ground/bed level.

Providing, hoisting and fixing upto plinth level for precast reinforced cement concrete slabs for drain cover slabs of length varying upto 1.50m of various thickness including the cost of required centering, shuttering and finishing smooth with 6mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), on all faces of slabs but excluding cost of reinforcement with 1:1.1/2:3 (1 cement: 1.1/2 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. Works including bending, binding and placing in position - Thermo Mechanical Treated Bars (ISI brand approved make) Fe - 415 or more

Steel work welded in built up sections / framed work, including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required - in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets,gates and similar works

Hire charges for Front end loader 1 cum capacity.

Hire charges for engaging of tractor with tipper attachment to dispose the cleared bushes/waste materials from the central median and shoulder during time day. The rate shall include the hire charges of machinery, operating staff and cleaner salaries, fuel charges, lubricans etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Engaging skilled labour during day time for leveling central median after clearing the bushes / waste material by machinery.

Providing and fixing ASTM pipes including all ASTM plain & brass threaded fittings this included jointing of pipes & fittings with one step ASTM solvent cement, trenching refilling & testing of joints complete (External work) - 20 mm nominal outer dia pipes

Providing and fixing on wall / column face unplasticed - PVC soil and waste pipes (type - B) conforming to IS : 13592- 1992 including jointing with seal ring conformation to IS : 5382 leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion - single socked pipes -110mm diametre
