Taking down carefully any type of point wiring (light, fan, bell, socket or power), complete excluding light fittings but including switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, ceiling, floors etc to match with existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down sheet metal enclosure DB, MCB, main switch etc and making good distrubed sufaces of wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable, conforming to IS-694 1990, single core, 1100 volts grade, ISI marked, FRLS type drawn through and including PVC casing and caping (ISI marked) and its accessories such as Tee, elbow, jointer, elbow corner etc. fixed on surface of walls, columns/ beams including 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) copper conductor cable (multistranded) PVC insulated and unsheathed as earth wire connected to common earth dolly at one end and metalic bodies of luminaire/ fan at other end including PVC folding boards or wooden boards with 3mm thick masonite laminated sheet top cover fixed with brass screw for mounting switches, sockets, regulator, accessories etc for one light or fan point controlled by one, one way swtich all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No 3 but for one switch socket out let 3 pin, 5 Amps point on independent board.

Takind down, strip opening, cleaning all parts and packing of ceiling fan of any make and size and greasing ball bearing with specified quality grease and re-assembling the ceiling fan as a one unit and rehanging the same, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Replacement of spare parts, rewinding, painting, cable for connection etc to be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Sch 'A' mentioned here in after.

M&L for taking down from site or collecting unserviceable (burnt) ceiling fan with blades, 1200 mm sweep, any make from E/M store yard, transporting to local workshop, opening, cutting and taking out complete copper winding, cleaning with kerosene oil/ diesel/ tarpentine oil and dried out, rewinding with new super enamelled copper wire of suitable size and gauge and number of turns as recommended by the respective manufactures, varnishing and heating the winding including providing paper insulation (Cut/strip type), replacing unserviceable/ missing spare (bush, earthing, screw , upper , socket, CI block, quater /split pin (top & bottom), lock nut etc) fixing the stator in rotor properly aligned and resembling ensuring speedy and noiseless running and depositing in E/M yard or hanging at site in position complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Brush rubber, bearing, and capacitor shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only
