Brick work with bricks of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand).

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick granite stone slab (jet black, cherry red, elite brown), mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels of any colour and shade approved by engineer-in-charge.

P/F first quality ceramic glazed wall tiles of any size conforming to relevent to IS 15622 of approved KAJARIA / SOMANY / NITCO / JOHNSON/ ORIENT, make in colours, shades except begundy, bottle green, black as approved by Engr. In.Charge in walls skirting, risers,of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of Cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement:3 coarse sand) and joining with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/m2 including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. The spacers to be provided in between the joints of tile if required as per direction of engineer in charge. (Payment for grouting of joints to be made seperately.)

P/F first quality rectified ceramic glazed matt finish floor tiles of any size conforming to relevent to IS 15622 of approved KAJARIA / SOMANY / NITCO / JOHNSON/ ORIENT, make in colours, shades except begundy, bottle green, black as approved by Engr. In.Charge laid on 20mm mm thick bed of Cement mortar1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand) and joining with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/m2 including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. The spacers to be provided in between the joints of tile if required as per direction of engineer in charge. (Payment for grouting of joints to be made seperately.)

Grouting the joints of flooring/wall tiles of any size having joints of 3 mm width, using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg), including filling / grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

15mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix:1:6 (1 cement:6 Fine sand).

12 mm cement plaster of mix: 1:6 (1 cement:6 Fine sand).

Removing chockage of sewer lines of all diameter at all depths, including plugging the inlet pipes where ever required and removing manhole covers on both sides, rodding sewer line and placing the covers after removing chockage and cleaning / flushing inlet/ outlet pipes after removing plug provided on inlet pipes, all tools and tackles including ropes, rodding set, hose pipes, baskets whatsoever required for the job will be arranged by the contractor, dewatering pump if required will be supplied by the NFL maintenance office free of cost, complete all as per specification and instructions of Engineer-in-charge.

Removing chokage of floor trap or WC or sink or wash basin waste including cleaning of trap and removing the rubbish upto 50M lead as per specifications and instructions of the Engineer-in-charge (in Public building of T/ship Area).

Cleaning of manholes of average size 4‘ X3‘ and depth varying from 3’ to 12‘ including pumping/ bailing out water / plugging the inlet pipes wherever required removing the sludge and any other foreign matter and removing disposal of the same at a designated spot within lead of 1 KM and cleaning / flushing the inlet/ outlet pipes after removing the plugs provided on the inlet pipes. Necessary minor repairs wherever required to damaged manholes with cement mortar 1:4 and cement concrete 1:2:4, bricks work in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as per specifications and site requirements and instructions of the Engineer-in-charge and shall have to be carried out by the contractor and nothing extra shall be payable for the same. Required quantity of cement for repairs and dewatering pump required for the job shall however be supplied free of cost at NFL stores/ maintenance stores.

Demolishing R.C.C. work including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 200 metres lead.

Extra for cutting reinforcement bars in RCC orR.B. work (Payment shall be made on the crosssectional area of RCC or R.B. work).
