Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on walls and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on brick work/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new external surface of wall applying two coats of exterior grade weather resistant, antifungal acrylic paint over one coat of acrylic primer on walls, chajjas,etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 mix,type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in subbase to floor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, with glossy finish design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for screed bed layer 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on concrete surfaces of roof, mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- WPC will be measured and paid separetly under respective item.

Raking out existing filling in expansion Joints of width exceeding 20mm but n exc 25mm and depth 30mm respectively special tool like concrete cutter , wire/coir brushes / machines and joints cleaned throughly with application of compressed air , making free from all the loose material ie; dirt , dust, grease , existing sealing compound ,filler board , (as required) including sticked material of existing compound racked up to full depth ( up to 45 mm ) of Joints etc to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge and filling the joint with the polyurathene joint sealant single compound component using mechanical means to a depth exceeding 08 mm but n exc 12 mm ( depth above the backup Rod ) with minimum performance guarantee of 10 years and minimum movement accommodation factor ( MAF) +/- 30 % confirming to the requirement of BS-5212 and EN-141575-2003 for hydrolysis /water resistance test including two coats of primer and filling the balanced racked depth of the joint with backup material ie; closed cell polyethelene to ensure tight packing so that no gaps or void exist at the top of backup material separated by bond breaker of suitable size HD 10 filler board in position where required and applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental slippage of sealant on top surface to give a neat finish to the sealant and remove the masking tape after sealant is applied as required complete as per manufacturer's instructions and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Make:1. Note: Record of disposal of effluent water shall be maintained by the contractor in a pucca bound register.
