Disconnecting existing tank of capacity 500 litre to 1000 litre from water supply connections, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and re-hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Providing 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor finishes surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including necessary steel form work complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for Providing roof treatment with APP modified water proofing membrane with the following specifications complete all as specified and as directed. Removing existing roof/ chajjas treatment of any type like plastic felt/ HP tiles of any description including taking down existing plastering/ concrete of any thickness and cleaning the top surface of RCC slab with wire brush including removal of debris to a distance exceeding 50m but not exceeding 100m

Brushing with neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm on cleaned RCC slab surfaces and rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately Preparation of plastered surfaces by removing dust, dirt etc and applying oil bound bituminous primer at the rate of 0.2kg per Sqm and providing APP modified water proofing membrane of weight not less than 4kg/Sqm reinforced with non oven polyester mat weight not less than 160gms per Sqm including minimum 10cm side/over lap and including applying a coat of blown hot bitumen grade 85/25 over membrane at the rate of 1.2kg per Sqm and on drying apply a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint at the rate of 0.1kg/sqm.

Supply and fix Collapsible steel gate, top hung, consisting of channel pickets, pivoted flat bars, top and bottom runners, brass handles etc. erected in position and securing runners with holdfasts and brackets, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, fixed type without sash bar, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, locking arrangement, etc. complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include necessary grouting/ embedding of the aluminium frames/ supports into floors/ walls and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing surfaces and provision of necessary rubber gaskets. Supply and fix Wire netting of galvanised steel wire 0.91 dia fixed with tinned tacks of wire staples, mesh size of 12 mm etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1: 4 mixed with water proofing compound over 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work or stone masonry surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall or ceiling concrete etc. including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc completed all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over th new surfaces etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a preparatory coat of chalk whitening on plastered surface over a coat of priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and as directed.
