Extension of Apron at Salem Airport. SH Provision of Apron Flood lights for the extended Apron at Salem Airport

Supply of Hot Dip Galvanized steel High -Mast lighting system of 11 Mtrs height with its accessories including the following. Mast shaft shall be in two sections, hot dip galvanized and suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 part 3. It shall also include accessories for high mast including symmetric 3 suspension head frame, 5mm dia stainless steel wire rope of AISI 316 grade, double drum winch, Galvanized special Lantern carriage with 8 nos. of arms Symmetrically/Assymmetrically arrangement suitable for 8 nos. of 300W LED Flood Lights. The mast shall have an integral FLP power tool installed inside the base compartment for its operation. Material for Pole Shaft as per BSEN 10025 or Equivalent / Material for Base Plate - As per IS 2062 Gr.410 / Metal protection - Hot Dip Galvanisation as per IS 4759 or equivalent / Welding- IS 10178 / IS 9595 etc as required. (i) Foundation bolts made of special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plates, templates etc.- 1 set (ii) Integral power tool system for raising and lowering operation. (iii) 2 no Type A LED Aviation light fixtures with its accessories (iv) Required length of 6 core 2.5 sq.mm EPR insulated PCP copper wire for sufficient looplng at both end from Lantern looping box to basement looping box to control panel as required.

Supplying of 300w LED Flood Light along with control gear boxes suitable for operation on 230 Volt, 50Hz AC supply complete with all accessories as per the technical specification, - (Flood Light 300w, ≥112 Lumen/watt & 5 years warranty).

Supply of following sizes XLPE cable of 1.1KV grade confirming insulated PVc sheathed to IS 7098 PART-l with aluminium conductor armoured upto date amendments. 3.5 x 35 Sq mm

Supply of following sizes XLPE cable of 1.1KV grade confirming insulated PVc sheathed to IS 7098 PART-l with aluminium conductor armoured upto date amendments. 4 x 16 Sq.mm

Supply of 10 core 2.5 sqmm copper conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade,PVC/XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured cable confirming to IS: 1554-I & IS:7098 1 with up to date amendments complete as required.

SITC of outdoor stand mounted feeder pillar with 32A TPN MCB incomer, single dial time switch, 25A TP contactor for the automatic switching of luminaries, power tool control with 2 no 9A contactors and raise lower push button, light on/off control shall be done in Auto / Manual local / Manual remote with suitable relay and contactors and separate TB for connecting remote control cables, Incoming 35 sq. mm with in/out cable connecting facility in each terminal and out going 35, 16 & 2.5 sq. mm terminals etc as required.

Insta llation,Testing and commissioning of 11 Metre High Mast including Construction of shallow foundation with 1:2:4 concrete for the High Mast suitable for soil bearing capacity after soil testing( soil test certificate shall be submitted) at sufficient depth including fixing of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers. anchor plates and template, Installtion of Luminaries,Aviation Obstruction light and connecting the required Copper Cables for Light fixtures etc complete as required.

Supplying and laying of 50 mm OD HDPE Pipe of PE 80 PN 6 ISI Marked along with all accessories like socket, bend etc., confirmlng to IS 4984 complete with fittlng and cutting, jointing etc., direct in ground (0.75 mtr below the ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excludind sand cushioning and protective covering etc., as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE Pipe power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existingRCC/HUME/METAL pipe/HDPE Pipe as required. Upto 35 Sq.mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE Pipe power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required. up to 35 Sq.mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable/Control Cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. Upto 35 Sq.mm

Providing and laying following dia GI pipe ( medium class ) in ground complete with G.I fittings including bituminous road cutting and trenching (75 cm deep) including excavation and refilling and making as good as same by concreting with 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 Coarse sand: 4 graded stone) etc as required. 80 mm

Earthing with G.I earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc.,with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

supplying and laying 25 mm X 6 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode. including connection/terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm x 6 mm G.I strip in 40 mm dia G.I pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 6 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Supplying and making indoor end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 3.5 X 35 Sq.mm

Supplying and making indoor end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 4 X 16 Sq.mm

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and copper lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE copper conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. (a) 10 core 2.5 Sq.mm Armoured copper cable.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess or along with existing surface/recessed conduit /submain wiring/cable as required.
