Excavation over areas, not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out Hard/Dense soil complete all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated material exceeding 500 m but not exceeding 1.5 km and depositing where as directed.

Rolling and consolidation to formation surfaces in cutting with roller 8 to 12 Tonnes all as specified and as directed.

Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Course (GSB) grading as per Grade II as specified Table 400-1 of MORTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013, in a single layer over compacted sub grade with natural sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag or combination thereof as per the grading required The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and leveling on the sub grade by using motor grader of adequate capacity, and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of at least 98% of the Maximum Dry Density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MORTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013.

Material and Labour for Laying and compacting 150mm thick (in two layers 75mm) (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading as per table 400-13 of MORTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MORTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013

Material and Labour for Preparing unsurfaced WMM layers by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion RS1 confirming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0.7-1 kg/sqm on surface of WMM/WBM as specified in table 500-3 of MORTH specification for Road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Providing and consolidating 50 mm thick premix Dense Bituminous Macadam (DBM Grading-II) using min 4.5% VG-30 grade binder by weight of total mix, aggregates gradation as per Grading 2 Table 500-10 of MORTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying, rolling to achieve and desired compaction all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Material and Labour for Preparing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat of cationic bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) confirming to Is:8887 at the rate of application of 0.2-0.3 Kg/Sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MORTH specification for road and Bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer after cleaning of existing surface as specified and as directed by by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Bituminous premix SDAC 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (Paving bitumen VG-30) by weight of total mix as in semi dense asphaltic concrete , rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete

Material and Labour for preparation of new or previously treated surfaces to receive thermostatic paint laying of road marking with hot applied Thermoplastic compound with Reflectorizing glass beads on Bituminous surface, 2.5mm thick including reflectorizing glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35-1997. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from steaks and holes all as specified and as directed. Note : 1. Unit rate quoted by the contractor include for provision of red signals to keep off traffic from work, cleaning road surface and working during odd hours when traffic is light. 2. The line marking shall stand out boldly and solidly without showing any signs of scratch marks or surfaces underneath, if necessary the surface shall be remarked after removal of existing treatment until the desired result is obtained.

Material and Labour for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.

Material and Labour for preparing new concrete surface (Kerb Stone) and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer etc complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and Fixing in repairs cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA strip lens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions

Supply and Fixing in repairs solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono crystalline solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and 1.5m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil for foundation and similar work.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete completes all as specified & directed.

Material and Labour for precast cement concrete block masonry (1:3:6) type C1 (20mm graded aggregate) masonry with solid block exceeding 10cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in coping etc , rounded or chamfered on edges all as directed

Material and Labour for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work/block masonry or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel of 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.
