Dismantling wrought iron/ mild steel work or old GI barbed wire and concertina coils of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Demolition of Brickwork, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc. complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, drain etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete type C2 1:3:6 using 40mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Description complete all as per item no 1.06 here in before but for 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers, binders and ribs etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for formwork for fair finished flat surface of concrete to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, rafts and raft beams, sides and soffits ( if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for Formwork fair finished flat surface of concrete to Square, rectangular or polygonal sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for formwork for fair finished flat surface of concrete to faces of walls, abutments, parapets and stair case railings and similar works including attached pillasters buttresses, etc ; complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for reinforced cement concrete (Design Mix) M-25 { using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for Reinforced Cement concrete (Design Mix) M-25 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for reinforced cement concrete (Design Mix) M-25 { using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in walls , retaining walls, ballast walls, and the like ; any thickness above top of footing ; including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F 75mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Boulder filling dry, hand packed tightly, as in wire crate apron bunds (Wire Crate measured separately) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 4 mm dia galvanised steel wire, 150x100 mm mesh, made up into mattresses or cages , lapped , wired and laid in position , including closing after filling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work using sub class "B" bricks, strainght or curved on plan exc 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material (soils) not exceeding exc 1.5 KM but n exc 5 Km and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel angles, tees, flats, C section, MS square bars etc as in steel gates, steel posts and struts in fencing, grills fixed to framed or indipendent members including embedding in concrete and screwing and welding whereever required etc. including cut to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc including all necessary drilling, bolting, welding or riveting and similar work conforming to FE-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Granite (of any type) tiles 20 mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement and admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing in vertical surface including 15 mm thick rendering on any face of brick/ concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel surface over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - Each line of wire to be measured separately

S & F hot dipped galvanised concertina razer tape coil 730mm dia, spring steel high tensile centre core wire 2.5 mm dia having 200-250gm zinc coating, 0.5 mm thick razer sheet having 90-120gm, zinc coating & min 10 mm width ( before wraping centre core wire),with GI clip 1.6 mm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surface ,finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement based primer including preparation of newly plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes ) in soft /loose soil each n exe 0.5 cum, gettting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exeeding 25cm thick, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exe 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 0.63 mm galvanised corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugation side lap fixed with L or J type hook bolts in walls etc with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S & F Mild steel screw bolts 5 to 10 mm dia (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc. 5cm but n. exc. 10 cm long complete all as specified and directed by Enginer-in-Charge.

Fixing only mild steel angles, tees, flats, C section, MS square bars, MS Tubes etc. as in steel gates, steel posts and struts in fencing, grills including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. including cut to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc. including all necessary drilling, bolting, welding or riveting and similar work conforming to FE-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge including getting out post from postholes.

Fixing only 0.63 mm galvanised corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugation side lap fixed with 'L' or 'J' type hook bolts in walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge including getting out from existing post of barricading.

M & L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks(old size bricks) straight or curved on plan exc 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 with and including weep holes in brick work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .

M&L for providing precast cement concrete with plain fair faces including chamfered, weathering, throating etc. type B1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone as in coping including necessary form work aggregate and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

S&F MS Flats, joist channel (Fe 410-W Gde E-250 Quality A), fixed indepently or framed without connecting plates confirming to Grade Fe 410-0 or Fe-310-0 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge
