Dismantling the motor by separation of stator and rotor carefully without damaging the both and all the rotating components to be placed on the wooden block separately in the working place.
Removal of the bearing housing and the bearing without damaging the same with special attachment and hydraulic puller.
The rotor unit with shaft assembly of the said motor should be placed on the wooden block and thorough cleaning, drying, de-rusting should be done.
After thorough cleaning of the rotor winding by proper heating, final cleaning to be done by CTC. The rotor winding is to be varnished by Dr. Beck’s make varnish after heat unit.
Machining of SS rotor shaft and making over size thread to match with SS impeller.
Trueness checking of rotor shaft and dynamic balancing of rotor (balancing certificate to be produced)
Supply and replacement of mechanical seal as required as per given sample.
Confirming to grade FG-220 IS-210-1978 including complete machining allowances for diffuser weight 32 Kg.
Necessary turning the outside & inside dia. of faces of flange of diffuser.
Making drill holes on face of the flange by maintaining proper P.C.D by mounting the diffuser on special type of jig and fixture on radial drill machine
Confirming to grade SS-304 including complete machining allowances for impeller weight 21 Kg.
Making key way on the impeller with suitable key.
Dynamic balancing of the impeller by material addition including cost of dummy shaft & coupling at rated RPM as per direction of EIC.
Complete re-winding the stator with new F insulation. Winding to be baked up to proper temperature, varnish and cured properly. High pressure testing measurement of IR of winding resistance to be done as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Assembly of rotor into stator complete in all respect carefully without damaging any accessories both of stator and rotor with special tools & tackles and arrangement.
Filling with graded specified oil in the oil chamber of the motor.
Fitment of bearings, mechanical seals, oil seals, ‘O’ rings, gaskets, bearing sensors, seal sensor, float switch etc. with special tools, tackles & instruments. (Four nos. new bearing and 2 nos. mechanical seal will be provided by the department.)
Supplying of all necessary consumables, high temperature grease, parafil oil, gasket, sealing compound, oil seals, gland sealing compounds for power and control cable etc. and sealing the gland and power & control cable with special quality sealing materials.
Testing with nitrogen for motor sealing, testing of leakages through mechanical seal chamber with compressed air, electrical high pressure testing, measuring of IR value and all other relevant test as per the desired procedure.
Damage portion of the 10 core rubberized control cable is to be cut off. Outer rubber sheet to be removed as required. Cramping the 10nos. new copper sockets to be done at the end of the cable.
Thorough check up the power and control cable and arrangement of socketing with supply of copper socket as required size by crimping and soldering.
Painting of complete bell mouth with one coat of epoxy primer and two coats of epoxy paint of reputed make after proper sand blasting including materials and labour.
Lower down the pump motor set after complete assembling and connecting the power and control cable to the stator and motor control panel and trial run should be done in presence of EIC.
Transportation charge from pumping station to party’s work shop and back same including loading and unloading by providing necessary tools and tackets etc.
