Paving the floor with Vitrified Marbonite tiles of approved quality and colour of size 600x600x8mm thick of approved make, quality and colour in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3(one cement three sand) 20mm thick and laid straight alignment and pointed neatly with colour cement at the rate of 0.40kg/m2 laid without any air gap in the tiles neatly and fixing in position as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officer. Paving the floor with ceramic tiles of size (8''x8'') 20cm x 20cm x 6 mm thick for flooring of shelf designed grooves and both way special colour tile of best quality and set in CM 1: 3,10mm thick and pointing with white cement using at the rate of 0.40Kg/sq.m including finishing the joint neatly and pointing flush with tile surface etc.complete.

Dadooring the walls with glazed square tiles of 150mmx150mmx6mm of the following colour set in cement Mortar 1:2 10mm thick and pointed with white cement @ 0.4Kg/m2 in all floors as directed etc., complete complete complying with standard specification (S.D.261A)
