Procurement of Modern machinery for Desilting and Maintenance of Drains of Irrigation and Flood control Department in NCT of Delhi.

Supply, commissioning & testing of Mini Amphibious Excavator of Engine capacity 65 HP (Minimum) water cooled diesel engine with boom length 6 Mtr (Minimum) and unloading height from water level 4.5 Mtr (Minimum) for removal of silt, sludge, floating material from the narrow and congested area drain including one year comprehensive maintenance and operation for six months that includes machine operator & consumables like hoses and seals. Note: The rates are inclusive of basic cost, packing for export, sea fright, transit insurance, import duties, clearing charges, stamp duty, port fees, road transportation, GST as applicable at the time of delivery & all cost towards installation & commissioning of equipment.

Cost of Operation of 2 Nos Mini Amphibious Excavator by providing 02 No Skilled Operator for 04 Year 06 Months starting from first six month (02x4.5x12 = 108 Months)

Cost of Round the clock watch & ward of 2 Nos Mini Amphibious Excavator by providing 05 Nos Watch and Ward Staff for Five Years (10x5x12=600 Months.)

Cost of Comprehensive maintenance including repair, spare parts, servicing etc. except fuel oil and lubricants for 2 Nos Mini Amphibious Excavator for 2nd Year.(2x12=24 months)

Cost of Comprehensive maintenance including repair, spare parts, servicing etc. except fuel oil and lubricants for 2 Nos Mini Amphibious Excavator for 3rd Year.(2x12=24 months)
