Material and labour for taking down for servicing of split type AC 1.5/2 TR Capacity including cleaning/washing of cooling coil, air filters/plasma filters etc of Indoor unit & condenser, compressors, fan motor etc of Out door unit with vacuum cleaner OR cleaning solution including checking the servicibility of electrical/electronic circuits relays, wiring kit, thermostat switches knobs, remote control unit, fan, blower, etc and changing connections from heating mode to cooling mode or vice-versa and keeping the AC unit in satisfactory working condition complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Replacement of defective spares will be measured & paid separately under relevant items and Labour charges for fixing of new spares shall deemed to be included in unit rate quoted. (ii) Penalty will be charged for not attending complaint from 6 hours to 12 hours Rs. 250/- and from 12 Hours to 24 hours Rs. 500/- each complaint. Further if complaint not attended and rectified within 24 hours after intimation (Intimation will be given by message/whats app/mail by mentioning time of complaint, for that contractor has to submit his authorised reps details for receiving complaint) of complaint, failing which same will be got rectified through spot quotation by job order by any other agency at risk and cost of the contractor.

Material & labour for detecting the leakages of gas of split type AC of capacity 1.5/2 TR at any location and rectifying the defect to stop the leakage by gas welding or charging of refrigerant gas R-22/R-134A in window type /Split Type AC unit of capacity 1.5/2TR including testing and commissioning complete in satisfactory working condition.by any other means and making it fully functional as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: qty of refrigerant gas R-22/R-134A in window type /Split Type AC shall be measured separately.

Taking down unserviceable contactor and supply and fixing new contactor single phase suitable for Split AC 1.5 to 2.0 TR all as specified as directed by Engineer in-charge.

Supply and Fix Metal clad socket outlet with single pole and nuetral enclosure with two pin and earth plug socket complete with one single pole MCB 20-32 Amps including taking down old/unsv Metal clad socket of approved make as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
