Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixtures and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc removing serviceable materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for offering credit (credit for all the retrieved items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc., all as specified and as directed. Note : Cost of Cutting chases, pinning in, where required for concealed conduit wiring, and making good disturbed surfaces to match with adjacent surfaces including pointing in cement mortar 1:3, girth not exceeding 15 cm on brick / PCC block masonry / concrete surfaces, shall deemed to be included in quoted rate.
