Taking down disconnecting and dismantling of ceiling fans of any sweep including fan blades, down rod, coupling, decorative caps, condenser housing, stator and rotor for inspection and replacement of defective parts including complete overhaulings/greasing reassembling and testing to achieve satisfactory perfomance ,refixing after repair complete all as specified and directed for the following stated below as (a)&(b) :-Note :- (a) Spare parts required shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevant items of this Schedule hereinafter. (b) Painting shall be measured & paid separately (c) Material required for overhauling such as grease, oil, etc shall deemed to be included in rate quoted.

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces thoroughly and removing paint by hand scrapper to receive & M&L for applying one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats with deco white synthetic enamel paint by spraying including numbering of MES No with max 7.5 mm size letter with black pfu paint complete all for Ceiling Fan 1200 mm / 1400 mm sweep complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for copper rewinding of ceiling fan of any size/sweep, with super enamelled copper wire of existing size and specifications replacement of bearing/bush, testing including taking down, fixing at site complete all as specified and directed NOTE-Rewinding of fans to be done at MES store yard by opening small rewding workshop,providing rewinding machine etc. Ceiling Fan 1200 mm sweep

The unit rate quoted shall be inclusive of fixing of spare parts and supply only sparts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule. Note :-The make of spare part shall be as per sample directed.

Dismantling of geyser of 25/50 Ltr capacity taking out copper tank transporting to welding shop soldering of leakage portion of tank and transporting to site,reassembling the geyser after filling of glass wool and connection complete all as specification and directed,

S&F in repairs earth plug and socket pole, neutral, sheet metal enclosures with a two pin, plug and socket 20 Amp, 240 voltswith and including one MCB, SP, 20A, 240 volts complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Testing the tamper proof electric, KWH meter, disconeting of outgoing supply of residenc, checking the elect meter by applying artificial load, making the record in register, resealing the meter the meter properly, including replacing the damaged terminals, obtaining user signature on register for proper testing . sealing of Electric Meter in presense of MES rep and Users repainting of MES No on Engergy meter in Navy Nagar,NAD colony & Bazar area private party, maintain of Register as per direction of Eng-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper /aluminium point wiring (light, fan socket or power) through PVC casing caping/existing coduits including complete fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, buzzer, bell, switch sockets, electrical fittings etc removing and making good disturbed surfaces of walls/ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Point wiring with single core 1100 volts grade 1.5 sqmm size PVC FRLSH insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable using color code drawn through & including PVC ,casing caping with all accessories in and including sunk type pressed steel/CI terminal box with 3mm thick hylam Mansonite sheet top cover / PVC Board including 1.5Sq mm PVC insulated FRLSH unsheathed copper conductor cable for continous earth conductor (using green colour)to commen earth and connecting to earth dolly for one light /fan/ call bell point controlled by one switch complete all as specified & directed.
