Dismantling plain, corrugated or semi-corrugated AC sheets in roof coverings and removing from site, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of colour as directed by Engineer-in-Charge having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws,complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of camouflage colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges fixed with self taping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation boards / slabs / blankets, any thickness including cover fillets and removing from site, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 4mm thick 'E' classic ceiling board , fixed to aluminium frame work with screw as in ceiling, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium anodised snap grid frame work for false ceiling, size of grid 605 x 605 mm with aluminium main T section of size 36.5 x 23.5 x 1.6 mm and cross T of size 23.5 x 23.8 x 1.6 mm with aluminium wall angle of size 36.5 x 23.5 x 1.6mm with suspender, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new un-decorated surface of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wooden boarding any discription, fixed in any position with nails and removing from site,complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1.25 mm thick mild steel plain black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut of size holes, punched including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40mm lap joints with rivetted or welded seams including bending or turning up mitred angles etc as required, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel, (Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality -B in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc including dismantling of old one, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level),complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screeding in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Quoted rates deemed to be include screed bed).

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 350x250x7mm / 450x350x7 mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on brick wall, complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Quoted rates deemed to be include 10mm thick rendering).

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exc 1.5 sq. m each, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm x 47mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame whall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail. Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling and fixing in the frame at site as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for water proofing treating to RCC slab/sunken slab with minimum 3 mm thick, weight 3.0 Kg/sqm APP modified membrane non-woven polyester reinforcement (weight no less than 150 gms/sqm) with mineral finish on top to be laid by torch application method. On the dried surface applying one coat of approved bituminous primer @ 300 grams/Sqm with torch application, laid with over laps of 100mm joints of traverse direction and 75mm at longitudinal direction duly thermofused by flame torch all as specified in application manual of the company. Minimum Slope and cured well before laying mambrance shall be done complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for two coats of bitumen blown type grade, applied hot to concrete surfaces and sides of sunken floors @ 1.50 Kg/Sqm per coat,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 (10+5) mm thick rendering on walls of fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 with water proofing compound finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: water proofing compound shall be measured seprately).

M&L for preparation of new wall surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion paint exterior grade (APEX) camouflage painting over a coat of primer on external wall surfaces, complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from wall surfaces, prepare the same and apply two coat of acrylic emulsion paint exterior grade (APEX) camouflage painting over a coat of primer on external Wall surfaces, complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in floors, sub-base and pavings etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for treatment of existing sunken floor including testing for leakage / seepage / dampness by pounding with water for 72 hours. In case any defect is noticed the defected portion shall be grouted with cement slurry mixed with suitable chemical & tested again. The process of grouting and testing shall be repeated till leakage / seepage / dampness is eliminated. The treatment procedure shall be as follows:- (i) Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided or in any type of filling in sunken portion & cleaned the sunken potion incl vertical wall surface, complete as directed. (ii) S&F spouts of 25mm dia GI pipe light grade projecting 450 mm clear of face outer a wall with mosquito proof cap on inner face of pipe shall be provided to drain out seepage water ,including cutting holes and making good if needed as specified and directed. (iii) M&L for laying of 40mm thick (Min) PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions on bottom of sunken portion with proper slope towards spout. Bottom and vertical sides shall be plastered in CM (1:3) 10 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions. Plaster shall be extended over PCC coving when the same is green i.e. PCC & plaster be carried out at the same time, complete all as specified and directed. (iv) M & L for 5mm thick cement sand mortar (1:3) admixed with diluted DURAKRIT (1 Durakrit: 3 Water) at the junctions of the wall. Wet the surface with water to make it SSD condition. Apply one coat of DURAKRIT- Acrylic Polymer Modified Cementatious (PMC) slurry coating as per manufacturer specification 1:2 (1 DURAKRIT : 2 cement) by weight on the sunken floor surface, turned up and finished up to 100mm from FFL. Apply second coat of DURAKRIT - Acrylic Polymer Modified Cementatious slurry coating as per manufacturer specification 1:2 (1 DURAKRIT : 2 cement) by weight over the first coat at right angles. The second coat is usually applied after first layer slurry coat has touch dried usually after 4 hrs,complete all as specified and directed. (v) Test again of water tightness by pounding for 72 hours & rectify defects if any till total elimination of defects, complete all as specified and directed. (vi) M&L to fill the sunken floor with PCC ( 1:5:10) type E-2 using brick aggregate over the treated surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing, cement concrete type B0 (1:2:4) using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggragates rounded or chamfered on edges in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing and connections, including removal from site, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15 mm dia GI pipe medium grade with all fittings and fixed to walls or laid in floors, complete all as spcified and as directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore steel tubing and connections, including removal from site, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/Aluminum point wiring (light ,fan and power socket etc) complete including fittings such as switches ceiling roses, pendent, regulators, sockets etc removing materials for taking credit and making good matching to the existing colour to the disturbed surface wall/ floors etc. complete all as specified.

Taking down carefully fans, sealing cable ends, dismantelling blades removing fan and blades for taking to store and refixing back to its original position and making good matching to the existing colour to the disturbed surface wall/ floors etc complete all as specified.
