Dismantling of flexible pavements and disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 1000 metres, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately - by mechanical means - bituminous courses

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed , within a lead of 50m - all kinds of soil

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m - all kinds of soil - pipes,cables etc , exceeding 300 mm dia but not exceeding 600 mm

Providing and laying Ductile Iron socket and spigot pipes of class K9 (Electro steel/Sripipes/Jindal/Electrotherm / Jai Balaji / TATA Metaliks Kubota) conforming to IS specification 8329/2000 and ISI marked suitable for tyton /push on joints in good condition including transportation of D.I.pipe from production centre/company to the site at UT of Puducherry, lowering to the trenches, laying to proper grade and alignment, testing of joints with required testing equipment etc.,complete all as per IS 12288 and CPWD specification. (earth work and jointing of pipes with rubber gasket will be paid separately) -400mm dia.

Providing and laying Ductile Iron Double flanged pipes of class K9 (Electro steel/Sripipes/Jindal/Electrotherm) conforming to IS specification 8329/2000 and ISI marked suitable for flanged joints in good condition including transportation of D.I.pipe from production centre/company to the site at UT of Puducherry, lowering to the trenches(or fixing in over head tanks above ground level) laying to proper grade and alignment, testing of joints with required testing equipment etc.,complete all as per IS12288 and CPWD specification . (earth work and jointing of pipes with rubber insertion will be paid separately) -300mm dia.

Providing and laying Ductile Iron Double flanged pipes of class K9 (Electro steel/Sripipes/ Jindal/Electrotherm/Electrotherm) conforming to IS specification 8329/2000 and ISI marked suitable for flanged joints in good condition including transportation of D.I.pipe from production centre/company to the site at UT of Puducherry, lowering to the trenches(or fixing in over head tanks above ground level) laying to proper grade and alignment, testing of joints with required testing equipment etc.,complete all as per IS12288 and CPWD specification . (earth work and jointing of pipes with rubber insertion will be paid separately) -400mm dia.

Providing and jointing cast iron / D.I. (S&S) pipe joints with rubber gasket (Tyton joints) conforming to IS 5382 & 12820 of SBR quality including the cost of fixing,testing the joints etc.,complete -400mm dia.

Supply and installation of DI D/F Gate Valves (Soft seated ) Resilient seated soft sealing gate valves (Sluice valves ) (Make VAG,AVK,Fouress) with body bonnet of ductile iron of grade GGG 40, wedge fully rubber lined EPDM of good quality W720 , replaceable spindle nut, without gland packing and with 3 O-ring protection on the shaft and seals of NBR and the valves should be vacuum tight and 100% leak proof with face to face dimensions as per BSS 163-89/ISI 4846 - 2000/DIN3202 F4. All the valves should be Electrostatic powder coated both inside outside with pocket less straight thro body passage. All the valves shall be compatible for burried application without chambers, with pressure rating PN 10/16 - dia 300 mm

Providing and fixing in position S&S standard D.I. specials (Electro steel/Sripipes/Jindal/Kiswok) such as tees, bends, collors, tapers, caps etc.conforming to IS specification 9523/2000 and ISI marked - 350 to 450mm dia.

Providing and fixing in position flanged standard D.I. specials (Electro steel/Sripipes/Jindal/Kiswok) such as tees, bends, collors, tapers, caps etc.conforming to IS specification 9523/2000 and ISI marked - 100 to 300mm dia.

Providing and fixing in position flanged standard D.I. specials (Electro steel/Sripipes/Jindal/Kiswok) such as tees, bends, collors, tapers, caps etc.conforming to IS specification 9523/2000 and ISI marked - 350 to 450mm dia.

Providing flanged joints to double flanged C.I./D.I. pipes and specials including necessary bolts, nuts, rubber insertion and testing of joints etc.,complete - 300mm diameter pipe.

Providing flanged joints to double flanged C.I./D.I. pipes and specials including necessary bolts, nuts, rubber insertion and testing of joints etc.,complete - 400mm diameter pipe.

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead - nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Supply of Quarry rubbish including stacking to department gauge for premeasurement and spreading required thickness

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Centring and shuttering including strutting , propping etc. and removal of form work for - foundations, footings, bases for columns

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m

Disposal of debris within a lead of 5Km radius beyond the intial lead of 50m and filling up in the low lying area as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections / framed work , including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required - in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets,gates and similar works

Applying priming coat - with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron / steel works

Finishing with epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface , etc.complete - on steel work
