M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment on wall, roof projections including facia, cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean,free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots including cleaning of any mortar drops, fungus efflorescent salts etc on ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for waterproof cement based putty @ 1 Kg(undiluted) per sq mtr. of thickness 2 mm over the plastered/old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge as per following steps:- Step 1) :- Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute. Step 2) :- Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI. Step 3) :- Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface. Note:- For application details follow instructions of item No 05

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper on walls using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and directed. Note : Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500 - 2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer. Proper masking to be carried out before primer and paint application) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for two coat water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion on walls of approved colour with silicon additive & Color stay Technology, Excellent Dirt Pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/ litre as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note for item No 01 to 05 above : (a) The work pertaining to periodical services & Water Proofing shall be executed by authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials .i.e. Paint, Distemper, Putty etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by GE. (b) Cost of scaffolding upto 10m height of building shall be included in the quoted rate. (c) The contractor shall submit 'Memorandum of Understanding' (MOU) with only one manufacturer mentioned in the contract before commencement of the work.

M&L for Preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and cornics by complete removeal of existing treatment by applying water and scrapping of entire thickness of exsting treatment with using steel scraper and thereafter applying 3mm wall care putty to achieve smooth finish complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying two coat of Oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- OBD to be done by Roller

M&L for preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls or cornics by complete removeal of existing treatment by applying water and scrapping of entire thickness of exsting treatment with using steel scraper and thereafter applying two coat of exterior emuslion paint/weather proof coat complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Exterior emulsion paint to be done by Roller.

M&L for Preparation of old surfaces shall include brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots (complete removal of existing treatment) and applying two coats of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparation of old surfaces of ceiling applying one coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning the surface and made free of vegetation, dirt, foreign particles, liatance complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L rendering 10mm thick on brick or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:3 with water proofing compound finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Water proofing compund to be measured and paid seprately.

Supply and apply high build elastomeric waterproofing coated based on pure hydrophobic polyurethane cold applied or spray, brush applied, membrane with an elongation of 280 % and tensile strength of 2.7N/mm2 as per ASTMD 2370, crack bridging ability of 3mm, no leakage upto 5 bars of water pressure, minimum 88% solid content. The system includes final base preparation, epoxy primer application with 100% water dilution and pure polyurethane application in two coats with minimum consumption of 1.2 kg/sqm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Application should be done with company authorised applicator.

M&L for Uprooting of tree roots from walls/roof of any girth at any height/ location of any depth by dismantaling brickwork/PCC and making good the damaged portion as existing by PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 and finished with 15mm thick plaster in 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or widhth no otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc incl raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on brick wall or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instructions finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes :- 1. Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately. 2. Cost of scafolding upto 3 storied height of building for rendering is included in the quoted rate.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on brick wall or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on ceiling surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over 3mm wall care putty to achive smooth finish complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- OBD to be done by Roller.
