Charges for de-watering of Mis.Clarifier, mixing the mud/ fine sludge deposits with water while de-watering in Clarifier of Size 16 Mtr Radius X 7 Mtr Depth.

Charges for removing sludge and other foreign particles from the Mis.Clarifier in Clarifier of Size 16 Mtr Radius X 7 Mtr depth.

Charges for cleaning the algae deposits on the side walls of both inner and outer rings of Mis. Clarifier and bottom surface with coir/ wire brush. Applying and cleaning bleaching powder on both side walls of inner ring & outer rings and also on bottom surface in Clarifier of Size 16 Mtr Radius X 7 Mtr Depth.

Charges for de watering of sludge disposal pit, flash mixing chamber and Removal of sludge from sludge disposal pits, flash mixer, sludge pump suction sump and flushing of tunnel pipes. Cleaning of algae deposits with coir/ wire brush, and applying & cleaning of bleaching powder on inside walls of sludge pit, flash mixing chamber, sludge pump suction sump and valve chamber. At Mis.Clarifier of Size 16 Mtr Radius X 7 Mtr Depth.

Charges for removal of existing eroded bolt & nuts of scrappers, removing damaged worn out scrapers. Cutting of scrapper rubber to required dimensions from old Conveyor belt, marking and making holes on scrapper rubber and fixing with new Bolts and nuts in the traction drive in Misc. Clarifier.

Charges for dismantling cleaning, inspection, renewal of bearings & other spares of flocculator drive/ traction drive gearbox & reassembling checking the operation of clarifier.

Charges for fabrication of required curved shape flocculator plate in 8/10/12 mm thick M.S plate with size 1000 mm x 500-700 mm by cutting, bending to the required shape for flocculator drum reconditioning works.

Charges for cutting and removing the existing corroded worn out angles and supports of Traction/ Flocculator drive structure including cutting the worn out portions of flocculator drum to the required size, devolution of scrap materials to central stores.

Charges for reconditioning of the flocculator and traction drive structures by cutting the required sizes of new angles and plates equal to worn out portions of flocculator drum and drive unit structures, scrapper assembly etc., leading, lifting, positioning & welding for strengthening the structure and drum as per original sizes in the clarifier. (Required quantity of M.S. angle, plates etc., will be supplied by TANGEDCO at free of cost)

Charges for cleaning and painting with two coat of grey for exposed to atmosphere surface of Mis. Clarifier structures.

Charges for cleaning and painting with epoxy red oxide primer and one coat of epoxy high build coal tar paint for immersed in water surface of Mis.Clarifier structures.

Charges for Overhauling of 600 mm size, 150 /300 Class Gate valve in clarifier inlet/ outlet valve of CWS including dismantling the valve, clearing all the parts checking the Seating surface and lapping the gate/ seat/ flap and reassembling the valve with bonnet gasket and gland packing.

Charges for fabrication of 350 NB M.S flange by cutting and drilling (16mm thick of plate, 16 Nos holes, 22mm hole dia).

Charges for erection of 350 mm gate valve and 2 Nos. flanges in the existing clarifier inlet header line by cutting & welding.

Charges for fabrication of 350 NB bend by cutting the required sizes of pipe pieces from 350NB MS ERW pipe, welding with MS flanges at both ends suitably as per requirement of site condition.

Charges for erection of 350 NB pipe line ( 355.6 OD, 9 MM thickness)

Charges for leading, lifting and arranging platform and scaffolding to facilitate cutting, removing, patch welding the worn out portions of flocculator drum and removing the worn out angles in traction drive supports wherever required. (For sl.no. 7 & 16) including dismantling after completion of work.

Charges for lifting, positioning the dislocated scrapper assembly of inner ring from traction drive drum assembly, Providing supports and arresting with inner drum and its drive assembly, strengthening by welding.

Charges for overhauling of Sludge disposal pump includes dismantling of pump components, cleaning, inspection and renewal of worn-out parts and reassembling

Complete alignment & checking the operation of clarifier sludge disposal pumps and motor, sludge disposal pumps and its suction & delivery pipe lines and its 150 mm gate valves.

Charges for removal of worn out bed frame and its concrete foundation of sludge pump & motor. Fabrication of new frame with channels and plate, fixing the bed bolts in the concrete, levelling and welding to suit for mounting of sludge pump & motor in the sludge pit of the clarifier. This includes the lead, lift and transportation of materials from and to stores, fasteners and cutting gas etc.
