Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced)/ lime concrete as in ground floor n .exceeding 15cm thickness including removing rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 25mm providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 (12.5 mm graded aggregates) as in drain/surface channel, finishing the concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing cement concrete (1:5;10) type E-2 (40 mm graded aggregates) in filling and mass concrete in bed of drain / surface channel etc and similar work etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Flush pointing to brick walls in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Raking out joints/ pointing to masonry or brick-work in single detached joints and then pointing to old brick wall in(1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 to brick/concrete wall surfaces trowelled to even & smooth w/o using extra cement. Including Taking down cement plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 6.00above but 15mm thick in two layers(first 10mm and than 05mm) in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for pre cast post for jaffri jalli of 1:2:4 type B-0 of decorative type having size 60cm height and complete all as specified and directed.

M & L two coat of cement base paint on new surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L one coat of cement base paint on old or new surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered or unplastered surface of wall and applying two coats of weather proof paint using roller and complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with sub class -B bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for except Brick work with old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for (300X300X10)mm / (400X400)mm exterior grade tile (endura & Parking tile) in floor set & jointed in cement slurry over 15mm thick cement screed 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 50mm thick cement concrete type C – 1 (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection and PCC paved area, finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, grey and pigment, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 40 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, Laid over 20mm thick sand cushine and 50mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including demolition of existing tiles/PCC and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) embedded in concrete, brick work, masonary etc. any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work in Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) plain MS bars etc including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips quality conforming to Gde E-165 (Fe-290) complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long Dia meter of Shank 5 to 10 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note :(each line wire to be measured)

M&L Welding in repairs n. exc 2.5cm in length and thickness of metal n.exc 6mm ,including for cleaning and preparing the surfaces to be welded together, holding the members in true position while welding and bevelling of edges, as required complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4(Nominal Mix) using 20 graded stone aggregate as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like including demolition of old rcc slab and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for300mm dia , Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP 3 with one collar per length of pipe including pcc bedding, hauching etc and demolition / dismantling of old pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 200mm dia , Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP 3 with one collar per length of pipe including pcc bedding, hauching etc and demolition / dismantling of old pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 1:3:6(20mm graded aggregate) for coping and side filling and other PCC work complete all as specified and directed.
