Providing filter zone below the concrete block with M sand for bottom layer and broken graded stone for top layers as furnished in the drawing and as directed by the departmental Engineer including collection of coarse sand conveying, stacking the same for pre-measurement and providing a layer of 20cm thick, watering and consolidating, supplying hard broken stone of the following sizes, stacking for pre-measurement,. laying the stones of 10 mm size for 7.5cm thick, 20mm size of 7.5cm thick, 40mm size for 10cm thick and 80mm size for 15cm thick in layer etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Providing and fixing weep holes with 110mm dia PVC pipe of working pressure of 4Kg/cm2 to a required length for fixing concrete protection / Retaining wall, Abutment & Wing wall including cost of all materials to work site including labour charges for 90cm spherical backfill arrangement 100 mm dia size broken stone granite gharges of the peripery and labour charges for fixing to drain the back fill etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Refilling with excavated earth (other than sand) with all leads and lifts for filling the open cut wherever necessary in layers including breaking clods watering and compaction using Power Roller to atleast 95% of Proctor Density at OMC in each layer and sectioning etc as directed by the Engineer in charge of work.
Fabricating, supplying and erection of Screw Gearing steel shutters of size 3.1 m x 1.50 m with consists of skin plate made out of 12 mm thick mild steel plate and horizontally stiffened with 150 mm x 75 mm steel beam (ISMB) at an interval of not more than 0.5 m and vertical stiffeners made with 100 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm at an interval not more than 0.6 m and provided with 8 mm thick mild steel gusset plate of required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc. Groove Channels of ISMC 200mmx75mmx6mm mild steel angle for required height up to 5.20m including welding hold fast of size 40 mm x 40 mmx 6 mm mild steel angle 3 numbers on both sides. Providing Sill Beam of 150mm x 80mm x 6mm, 3.10 m length and providing of 100 mm dia screw rod made of mild steel duly machined and fully threaded to suite the Head set assembly (Heavy type) with required height up to 4.70 m and required holes. Fixing the screw rod to the shutter gusset plate with required bolts and nuts in proper alignment to the Head Set. Providing of Top Beam made up of 300 mm x 140 mm x 77 mm for the length of 3.70 m duly drilled to suite the Head Set assembly with required bed bolts made out of 25 mm mild steel round rod duly threaded with suitable anchorage arrangements to the height of 0.6 m with necessary fish plate made out of 16 mm mild steel plate of size 0.2 m x 0.3 m 2 numbers with require bolts. Providing Head set assembly medium duty with Hexagonal nut (approximate 120 kg) made up of cast iron including moulding, machining and Hexagonal nut threaded to suit screw rod provided with thrust bearings for smooth operation.Dismantling the existing damaged shutter assembly conveying and stacking at section store. The whole shutter assembly should be painted with two coats of anti-corrosive black paint over one coat of red oxide primer paint. Erecting the Shutter assembly by Durky post and Chain block fixing the top beam with necessary foundation bolts and clamping plates. The rate is inclusive of all materials, labour charges including Lathing, Drilling, Welding, Gas cutting, Hydraulic bend removing of M.S. rod, hire charges of Crane and also inclusive of cost of covering plate, Foundation bolts, all bolt and nuts, conveyance to this site, Loading and unloading charges, Grease packing, Lubricating oil, Operating key, Locking arrangement and checking the Shutter operation etc., complete as directed by the Departmental Officers. The rate is Excluding GST.
Supplying demarcation R.C.C. pre cast post in Cement concrete M20 grade with well graded aggregates and the nominal maximum size of coarse aggregate of size 20 mm of size 0.15 x 0.15 x 1.20 M and fixing the post 45 cm depth below ground level, the post includes using 4 numbers of 8 mm RTS main rod to a length of 1.325 M, using 6 mm MS 9 numbers as strrups with steel centering and painting the post with enamel paint to a height of 0.80 M alround the post etc. complete and conveying the post to the site of demarcation boundary such as tank bund and foreshore including earth work excavation for foundation in HSC, and the post embedded by using Cement concrete M10 grade with well graded aggregates and the nominal maximum size of coarse aggregate of 40 mm, as per the direction of the Engineers and complying with standard specification.
