M 150 class brick work in 1:4cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

12mm Thick plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:3 cement and Corse sand of over brick work minimum thickness not be less than 10mm including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper comletion of the work. (including racking & washing surface)

Cast cement concrete door sills, chaukhats boundry posts, shelves and similar small work with cement, approved coarse sand and 2 cm (3/4)"gauge' approved stone grit in the proportion of 1:2:4 excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire, and including the cost of binding wire, moulds and all otehr materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Cement Concrete in m20 complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. R.C.C. Grade M20 compaction as per Sor Rate Item no 283 & 283 A & 284 A complete in all respects.

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel and wastage and over lapping & hooks.
