List of Financial Resources with Certificates

The agency should be a Manufacturer of CNC type machines of Make Hwacheon Machine Tools India Pvt Ltd, Philips Machine Tools India Pvt Ltd, LMW Ltd, Texllence CNC Pvt Ltd and HMT Machine Tools Ltd. The bidder should have experience in Design, Supply, Erection, Testing, Commissioning & Training of CNC Turning Milling VMC HMC Machines at any reputed industries like Power plants, Steel plants, Production Plants of Major PSU/Private Ltd as a prime agency and should have executed work done value not less than Rs 48 lakhs, for which the agency should submit relevant Work done certificates issued by competent authority during the last preceding 5 years (2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23). Weightage of 10% per year will be given for the work done value to bring to the current financial year in which the tender has been invited.

The bidder shall have manufactured and supplied (erected/commissioned) at least Five (5) numbers of CNC Turning Milling VMC HMC machines in at least one of the last preceding 5 years (2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23).

The Bidder shall necessarily be a legally valid entity either in the form of a Limited Company or a Private Limited Company registered under the Indian Companies Act, 1956 or Country of Origin. Copy of Certificate of Incorporation issued by Registrar of firms/companies is to be submitted in support of this criterion.

Details of Service Centres and information on service support facilities that would be provided after the warranty period shall be furnished.

Full-service support for maintenance and calibration of the complete CNC Turn-mill Machine including repairing/reconditioning of Machine shall be available for at least 10(Ten) years from the date of commissioning of the machine. The bidder shall furnish a self-declaration certificate for the same.

Spares support of all mechanical, electrical and electronic parts including CNC Controller system and consumables shall be available for at least 10 years from the date of commissioning of the machine at site. The bidder shall furnish a self-declaration certificate for efficient and prompt after sales service of the equipment after the guarantee/warranty period.

Equipment / System offered must be of the most recent series/models incorporating the latest improvements in design. The bidder should have supplied and installed at least three (3) CNC machines during past five (5) years. The supplied CNC models should be in successful operation for at least one (1) year as on date of Technical Bid Opening. The vendor shall furnish the details of at least three (3) CNC machines supplied.

The Bidder should furnish the information on all past supplies and satisfactory performance during past two (2) years in the Performance Statement Form and bidder shall invariably furnish documentary evidence (Clients certificate) in support of the satisfactory operation of the equipment / system. The vendor shall give the Contact details Viz. Postal address, Contact Person, Fax number, Phone No., E mail ID to whom the machines have been supplied.

The Bidder shall have annual average Turnover of Rs. 95.00 lakhs in any two of the preceding five financial years 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 year. As proof, the bidder shall furnish a copy of Profit & Loss account statement or turnover certificate duly certified by Chartered Accountant. Weightage of 10% per year will be given for the turnover value to bring to the current financial year in which the tender has been invited.

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditors reports for the last five years

Original catalogue (not any photocopy) of the quoted model duly signed by the principals must accompany the quotation. Documentary proof for the claimed position and repetition accuracies must be obtained from the principals and submitted along with the relevant pages of the standards. Compliance or Confirmation report with reference to the specifications and other terms & conditions should also be obtained from the principal.

The Vendor shall furnish the complete details of the service Centre in INDIA with their contact address, Phone number, Contact Person etc. They shall have trained & experienced service personnel to provide service support.

Foreign bidder/suppliers quoting directly, should submit a letter of Authorization in favor of Indian Agent/Representative indicating complete address, contact person and validity of Authorization if any along with their technical bid. Foreign bidder/suppliers quoting directly should ensure that adequate and specialized expertise is already available or will be made available following the execution of the contract in the Purchasers country, to ensure that the support services are responsive and adequate.
