Supply, Installing, Commissioning and Testing, 250 KVA, Step Down Dry type, CRT Transformer, Indoor Type, mounted on & including iron wheels, HT 11 KV, 3 Phase, LT 433 volts, 3 Phase, 4 Wire, 50 Hz, Delta/Star connected, vector group DYN-11, double copper wound, the transformer shall be supplied with an manual type off circuit tap changer, connected to the high voltage winding to provide facility on HT side to vary the secondary voltage from minus 7.5% to Plus7.5% in minimum 6 steps of 2.5%, the Transformer shall be complete with all standard fittings and accessories, gauges, etc and conforming to IS- IS-11171 of 1985IEC 60076 and comprising of the following accessories, complete all as specified and directed:- (a) HV cable box. (b) LV cable box (c) Monogram plate (d) Thermometer pocket (e) Inspection cover (f) 4 Nos Lifting lugs (j) Cover lifting lug (k) Jacking lugs (l) Storage and instruction plate (m) Earthing terminals and stud (n) Off circuit tap changer with locking arrangement (o) Rating and diagram plate (p) Bidirectional roller wheel-04 Nos (q) Marshalling box (r) Shut off valve for buchholz relay (s) Any other fittings as recommended by the Manufacturer as per IS-11171 and as directed by the GE. (t) Noise Level : Less than 69 Db at 1 mtr. (u) Full load losses & NO load Losses : Within the permissible as per latest IS. (v) Losses : At 50% loading : 1700W(Max), At 100% Loading : 4320 W (Max) (w) No load current (% of Rated Current) : Less than 1.5% (x) Type of Cooling : AN Notes: (i) The Transformer shall be got inspected and tested in the factory by the rep nominated by the GE before delivery from the factory. The records of the testing shall be singed by the rep of GE, Contractor and rep of manufacturer. (ii) The Transformer after installation shall also be got tested at site by the rep nominated by the Accepting Officer and the records of the testing shall be signed by the rep of A.O., GE, Engr-in-Charge and the contractor. (iii) All the arrangements and testing equipments etc, for testing as per note (i) & (ii) above shall be provided by the contractor and cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the contractor's quoted rates. (iv) Protection relay against temperature rise to trip VCB and alarm be also provided to sound during high temperature of winding. (v) Surge Protection. (vi) Contractor shall submit the technical drawing, Constructional drawings, safety features drawing etc. for approval of accepting officer. (vii) Protection against over current and earth fault.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for removing/laying of cables complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading , leveling , watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm with soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering & consolidation for cable cushioning all as specified and directed

Supplying and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV type 1, flat, size 300 x 180 x 40 mm complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer - in - charge.

Supplying and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV type 1, flat, size 250 x 150 x 40 mm complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer - in - charge.

Material and lay electrical insulation mats as per IS 16652/2006 made of Dieelectric "Elastomer" which posses elastic properties of working volatage 11 KV of thickness 3 to 2.5 mm blue in colour 1 mtr width 2 mtr length complete all as specified and directed.

Supply installation, testing and commissioning of FAST ELECTRODE maintenance free Chemical Earthing of Dual Pipe Technology, each of 3 Meter long with Outer Pipe Diameter of 88mm (galvanised for 80-120 micron and wall thickness 1.80mm) and Inner Pipe diameter 48mm (galvanised for 80-120 micron and wall thickness 2.60mm). There shall be terminal of size 75 x 5.20mm for connection with two holes of 14mm diameter. FAST ELECTRODE shall be duly filled with the highly conductive, Non Magnetic, Non Corrosive material and duly sealed at both ends with lead terminal of 75x5.2mm at top. The ELECTRODE shall be of 'make' having approval of CPRI (Central Power Research Institute), Govt of India for a minimum short circuit current of 42 KArms for 1 Second with initial pick of 88.2 KA. The FAST ELECTRODE Earth Enhancing Compound (minimum 25Kg) shall be pored on alround the electrode. The chemical compound to be used shall be as per the manufacturer's instructions of 'Electrode' and as also certified by any BIB (Bureau of Indian Standards) accredited laboratory. Make : Fast Electrode or equivalent as approved by the GE. Notes:- (i) The contractor shall procure the above materials either directly from the manufacturer(s) or their authorised dealers only and shall produce the original purchase vouchers alongwith original manufacturer's test certificates and other authenticated documents in compliance of the provisions as mentioned in the above item. Also all the requisite testing as specified above, in relevant IS and as directed by the GE shall be got done by the contractor. Cost of all the above elements shall be deemed to be included in the contractor's quoted rates. (ii) Any additional quantity of Earth Enhancing Compound in case required to obtain the desired results, the same also be provided by the contractor without any additional cost to the Govt. and quoted rates of above item shall be deemed to include the above element also.
