Renovation work of acoustic wall paneling and replacement of acoustic ceiling and frame work in Lecture Hall Complex

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. (2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works.

Providing & fixing GI Strut / channel 25 mm having Zinc coating of 120 gm/ m2, fully knurled, sectional thickness 0.55mm, length 3600mm, web 50mm, depth of 25mm and equal flanges, Including required hardware for fixing of the same as per direction of Enginner-in-charge/ institute.

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of gypsum board to existiy ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x 25 mm at 230 mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound , jointing tapes , finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150 mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board, all as per manufacturer’s specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge but excluding the cost of painting with :

Providing & Fixing wood perforated tile 9mm thickness of required colour & design having absorption coeffiecient 1.01 @315 Hz.Supplying Acoustics Elegant Wood perforated Tile made up of cement fiber 600x600/300X1200 X9mm with square edge density 1050kg/m3 covered with laminate on front side and Acoustics fibre on the back side, thus making it acoustically absorbtive, water resistance, fire resistant. The tiles are anti sag and The installed system should provide Abs coeff. of 1.01 @ 315 Hz tested as per IS:8225/ISO:354/ASTM 423C To be installed with Aluminium H Profile on GI studs with the layer of water-resistant Coating 600x600mm centre to centre 2400mm X 50mm web thickness 0.5mm, flanges 15 & 50mm fully knurled giving it high strength, hot dipped galvanized steel with 120GSM zinc coating specially designed for Acoustic vibration management and long life with a backing of 1000 GSM absorb wool tested as per Fire Retardant ASTMD 635-1991/Insulation and IS 15061-2002 for excellent results and include scaffolding etc. complete in all respects as per directions of EIC.

Providing & fixing Acoustics Fabric Tile 600x600/1200x600 x9mm with square edge density 1050kg/m3 covered with fabric on the front side and Acoustics fibre on the back side of required colour & design, thus making it acoustically absorptive, water resistance, fire resistant as per IS 1734, Absorption Coeffe upto 0.89 at 160 Hz tested as per ISO 354. The tiles are anti sag.
