LIST OF WORKS FOR BUILDING WORKS

Surface excavation not exc.30cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil not exceeding 1.50 m wide and not exceeding 1.50 m in depth for foundation for pipes, walls, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, cables etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil not exceeding 1.50 m wide and not exceeding 3.00m in depth for foundation for pipes, walls, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, cables etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.50 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated spoil to a distance exceeding 250 m but not exceeding 500m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers not exceeding 30cm thick, watering ramming/ rolling and finishing to required size, shape as specified and directed. (Soil taken as obtained from excavation).

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting of road/ berms etc with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller in soft/ loose soil including watering as necessary and filling in hollows and depressions to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 150mm thick soling of broken stone aggregate of size 63mm to 90mm or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 tonne to 10 tonne power road roller complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for water bound macadam in two layers compacted thickness of each layer 7.5 cm with graded broken stone aggregate (granite, trap or basalt) of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated in proper gradient and camber and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller complete all as specified.

Material and labour preparation unsurfaced water bound macadam sufaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface gunny bags to remove all losse dust or dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer (using paving bitumen) at 10 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 2.11 above but 5 Kg/ 10 Sqm over existing black top surfaces

Material and labour for premix bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) with paving bitumen any penetration @ 4% by weight of total mix, rolling to uniform smooth surface with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for bituminous premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, laid with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to achieve a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified.

Dismantling of bricks (laid flat oron edge) or brick tiles in floors, channels, kerbs, aprons etc (each layer) and all other similar works laid dry and pointed complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement conctere 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm grade stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass conctere complete all as specified and directed.

Providing, precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregates) for kerb stones, corbels and all other similar works with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 mtr mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick walls or concrete surfaces, in cement mortar 1:4 surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour broken bricks hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No. 2.20 here-in-before except material.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base to interlocking paver blocks and other similar works complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons, dados etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar and removal of rubbish off the site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine pressed precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks, M-35 grade, 60 mm thick with grey cement and pigment, any shape and size, conforming to IS: 15658-2006 (coloured) of approved design & pattern as approved by GE, laid over and including 25 mm thick layer of sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.2.24 here-in-before but except tiles (using old retrieved serviceable tiles)

Material and labour for preparation of new concrete surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of primer coat as on kerbs stones and other similar works as per approved pattern complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing solar cat eye aluminum alloy sheccsll (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125 mm x 125 mm x 25 mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed recharageble battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd complete as permanufactures instructions etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed, 1st quality, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 300 mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP-2 laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel reinforcement TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing mild steel TMT bars 6 mm dia to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire ( annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for RCC (M-25) Design mix (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for RCC (M-25) Design Mix, (using 20 mm graded aggregates) as in Walls, retaining walls, basement walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for RCC (M-25) design mix (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balcony, canopy, deck slab and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking down old damaged HT pole of any size and removing from site of work complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, erecting and fixing pre-stressed concrete pole 11 metre long, cross section 152 mm x 152 mm at top and 152 mm x 260 mm at bottom, class-9 including painting of poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer, black & white strips of 30 cm each upto 1.5 mtr height from top of PCC coping and writing numbering of poles with paint complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation for stay set /Pole/ FPB etc including fair finish to exposed surfaces without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (with using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping of poles including necessary form work as required and finishing the exposed surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete as directed

Material and labour for stritching Aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) of different sizes including jointing for supporting to HT Cable on HT/LT poles including binding, jumpers, line taps etc complete all as specified and directed. .

Supply & fixing Cross arms, bracings, stiffeners, supporting clamps and back plates, fabricated from structural steel sections, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and including necessary welding, bending cold or hot inclusive of nuts, bolts, washers and applying two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of aluminum primer after preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed

Supplying and fixing stay assembly comprising of galvanised stay bow 40 cm long, 14 mm dia complete with 20 mm dia stay rod of 215 cm long with threaded ends and GI nut, two numbers thimbles, loop type insulator and stay strands, MS clamps made out of 40 x 6mm flat iron including nuts, bolts & washers, 300 x 300 x 6 mm stay plate, including painting of exposed MS work with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as shown in electrial plate No 1 of Sl Part-I. Note: Necessary earth work & PCC shall be measured separately under appropriate item of schedule.

Supply and fixing in replacement shackle type porcelain viterous white brown or green insulator for working pressure 11000 Volts, size 150 mm dia and 150 mm height including galvanised mild steel straps made out of flat iron 38 mm x 5 mm and 20 mm dia bolts, nuts, washers etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement shackle type porcelain viterous white brown or green insulator for working pressure 1100 Volts, size 90 mm dia and 75 mm height etc incudingl galvanised mild steel straps made out of flat iron 31 mm x 3 mm and 12 mm dia bolts, nuts, washers ect complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement Pin type, porcelain, viterous, white brown or green insulator including mild steel spindle & nut, two galvanised iron washers, one galvanised iron nuts, size 100 mm height , 65 mm dia for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI pipe bracket for street light fittings made out of 40 mm dia GI pipe medium grade 1.2 mtr long bent to required angle/shape with and 2 pair of MS clamps made out 40 mm x 5 mm MS flat iron bolts,nuts complete including preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (first grade) over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply and fixing Mild steel galvanised iron pipe light grade (ISI marked) 15 mm bore from junction box to street light fittings, fitted with 2 pairs of MS clamps made out 40 mm x 5 mm MS flat iron bolts, nuts complete duly painteed with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (first grade) over a coat of red oxide after prepration of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 70 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection and connection with suitable size cable complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with fine sand for cable protection laid in trenches 15 cm before laying of cable and 8 cm after cable is laid complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned down thickness as laid down in SSR Part I shall be measured and paid.

Material and labour brick protection layer for cables laid in trenches using sub-class ‘B’ bricks laid dry width wise acrose the line of cable (perpendicular to the direction of cable) complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel galvanised iron pipe light grade (ISI marked) 50mm bore for passing of earth lead laid in trenches fixed to walls laid under floors, roads including all fittings i.e MS clamps nuts & bolts etc as required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying , testing and commissioning of LT cable XLPE insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply, laying , testing and commissioning of LT cable XLPE insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately.
