Providing and laying of unscreened gravel boulders including conveyance of unscreened gravel boulders to work site from approved quarry and stacking to departmental gauge for premeasurement.Spreading hand packing to the required camber and gradient,watering consolidation by power roller rolling all as directed by engineering- in-charge. The rate shall be include cost of unscreened gravel boulders and water,labour charges for stacking,spreding hand packing and watering ,hire and feul charges for power roller and all other tools and plants employed ect,complete.The volume of stack calculated as per the actual measurement shall be reduced by 15 % for looseness in stacking to arrive at the net quantity.

4.12A Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density - Using vibratory roller. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg. per sqm. on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant of capacity not less than 40 to 60 TPH using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 507.7 of MoRTH specification, 4th Revision, to achieve the desired compaction.- Using grade II metal and bitumen 60/70 - VG30.

Providing and laying semi-dense bituminous concrete with HMP of capacity not less than 40 - 60 TPH using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoRTH specification, 4th Revision, omplete in all respects - Using grade-II material and using birumen -VG30.

Supplying and fixing of Double Arch swing – (PGSW 02) “Arihant Play Time Equipment”. With the arch shaped side frame of the double arch swing is made up of 80 NB GI pipe and top pipe is made up of 50 NB GI pipe.The frame is powder coated to give an aesthetic look. The two swings are made up of 10 mm thick anti-skid chequered reinforced rubber top.The belt seat is suspended on 6 mm rubber coated GI chain. The ball bearings are mounted inside a specially designed nylon clamp.The foundation concrete with PCC 1:2:4 of size 0.45 × 0.45 × 0.45 m over the base course of PCC 1:5:10 – 15 cm thick.

Supplying and fixing of S-Bridge ladder scrambler – (PGSL 05) “Arihant Play Time Equipment”. With the “S” bridge ladder is fabricated from 25 NB and 20 NB GI pipes.The vertical supports are made from 40 NB GI pipes with a total height of 2.1 mtrs from the ground.
