REPAIR/MAINT AND CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINE, MANHOLE, AREA DRAINAGE, CULVERT, CI GRATING, GRILL, GATES, SIGN BOARD, DAMAGE SEWAGE LINE, MANHOLE, WC, GULLY TRAPS ETC AND OTHER ALLIED B/R WORKS OF AREA-I UNDER GE (WEST) COLABA MUMBAI

Cleaning of Man holes/septic tank, and inspection chamber etc. by means of removing the silt, sludge, excreta etc or other materials, manually or mechanically and depositing the same, where directed at a distance out of MOD land to accommodate the foul materials taken out from manholes,septic tank and soakage pits and clearing the same as in clean condition and making good all site as required as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note for item No.-1 (i) Depth of silt, sludge, excreta, etc shall only be measured and paid. (ii) Dewatering/pumping out of foul water shall be measured and paid separately, complete all as specified and directed.

Pumping out foul water from Man holes/Chambers/tanks mechanically and removing sludge of as required capacity, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning the Blockage of floor trap, gully trap, WC/EWC, WHB/Urinal in any size by means of removing the silt, sludge, etc & bailing out water complete manually or mechanically and removing the same out side MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of choked sewage line of 150 mm bore of pipe including drains by rodding and well flushing with water, taking out waste materials any quantity and depositing out of MoD land where directed, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of choked sewage line of 200 mm bore of pipe including drains by rodding and well flushing with water, taking out waste materials any quantity and depositing out of MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of choked sewage line of 300 mm bore of pipe including drains by rodding and well flushing with water, taking out waste materials any quantity and depositing out of MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of manholes not exceeding 1.5m deep by means of removing the silt, sludge, etc & bailing out foul water complete manually or mechanically and depositing out of MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of manholes exceeding 1.5m but n exc. 3m deep by means of removing the silt, sludge, etc & bailing out foul water complete manually or mechanically and depositing out of MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of Blocked/choked up sewage lines and manholes exceeding 3 mtr depth by providing sewage suction vehicle of capacity 5000 ltrs (BMC Pattern) including necessary other arrangments such as sweepers to clean up the site after work and desposing the same at places earmarkd outside MoD land upto 25 KM lead and lift, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) All precautions to be taken by all workers while working in foul condition. Contractor shall take all necessary actions. (b) After cleaning vehicle will be contractors property. (c) Contractor accredated representative shall be available during the cleaning. (d) Complete process shall be completed in all respects within a day.

Cleaning of shaft / duct area up to 4.5 sqm each and getting out all grass,garbage, silt etc by manually and removing and depositing out of MoD land where directed from site including spreading bleaching powder @ 1 kg per sqm complete all as directed at site. Note : (a) The scope of work includes attending day to day complaint. (b) The contractor/supervisor shall obtain complaint slip from JE/Engr-In-Charge on daily basis and report completion of complaint. (c) The sufficient manpower shall be deputed as per work requirement on daily basis, complete all as specified and directed.
