Earth work excavation in all kinds of soil except hard rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring, strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layer of 15 mm thick well rammed and consolidated depositing the surplus earth within compound, clearing and leveling the site with initial lead of 10m etc., and lift of 2m etc., complete.

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with filling Quarry Dust in layers of not more than 15cm.thick well rammed watered and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plain cement concrete in 1:4:8 (one cement four sand and eight aggregates) with 40mm gauge hard broken granite jelly for foundation including consolidation and dewatering for foundation wherever necessary etc., complete.

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement Filling well graval in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated including watering complying with std. Specification etc, complete.

Supplying and erecting shuttering with necessary supports for plain surface such as RCC boxing side slab, and similar, RCC slabs with all cross bracings etc., complete in all floors of any height (The retrieved materials should be taken back by the contractor). The payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid. ( vertical Portion only )

Supplying and erecting shuttering with necessary supports for plinth beam with all cross bracings etc., Complete : (RCC Column footing plinth beam and lintel side) using steel plate and angles, S.I. No. 155 - 10 M2

Supplying and erecting Steel centering for size and softest support for plain surface such as reinforced cement slap rectangular beams tee or L beams lintels bed blocks stair and landing slap landing beams, beams canopy etc., comp. in all any height (The retrieved materials should be taken back by the contractor). Supplying fabricating and placing in position of MS grills for reinforcement rate including the cost of steel for all works (the rate to include cost of binding wire also)

Reinforce Cement concrete 1: 1 ½ : 3 (One cement one and half sand and three aggregates) with 20mm gauge machine broken gauge hard broken granite chips including curing and finishing etc., complete for R.C.C. item excluding the cost of reinforcement grills in position and centering shuttering etc.

Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement five sand) using 2nd class bricks in Foundation Basement

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3, 10 mm ,thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications (S.I.306)

Dadooring the sides of wall with Vitrified Marbonite tiles of approved quality and colour of size 600x600x8mm thick of approved make, quality and colour in all floors over abase layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement three sand) 20mm thick and laid straight alignment and pointed neatly with colour cement at the rate of 0.40kg/m2 laid with out any air gap in the tiles neatly and fixing in position as per standard specifications

Weathering Course concrete with broken brick jelly of 20mm gauge in pure slacked lime over roof slab including laying consolidating finishing etc., complete.

Finishing the top of weathering course with one course of pressed tiles of size 230 x 230mm laid in CM 1:3 12mm thick, mixed with water proofing compound and pointing with the same mortar mixed with red oxide etc complete.

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion Paint approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc, complete as per standard specification. - 10 sq.m.

Supply and Delivery Fabrication of MS Doors with outer frame and shutter frame in MS angle of size 40mm x 40mm x 6 mm with MS flat 25mm x 25mm x 6mm and MS sheet of 18 gauge including ventilating arrangements using 20mm square MS rods with locking arrangements including two coats of approved enamel paint over coat of red oxide including cost of angles, plates, sheets, fabrication charges, cost of hold fast and transportation charges etc., complete.(1.00m x2.00 m)

Supply and Delivery Fabrication of MS windows with outer frame and shutter frame in MS angle of size 40mm x 40mm x 6 mm with MS flat 25mm x 25mm x 6mm and MS sheet of 18 gauge including ventilating arrangements using 20mm square MS rods with locking arrangements including two coats of approved enamel paint over coat of red oxide including cost of angles, plates, sheets, fabrication charges, cost of hold fast and transportation charges etc., complete. for windows(1.20 m x0.90 m)

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated unsheathed Sc Cu.Conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with TW switch box with 5A F.T. switch inflush with wall, covered with hylem sheet of 3mm thick with painting of suitable colour for concealed PVC light point / fan point (For electronic regulator)(SD-18)

Supply and fixing of single box type 4'20 W flu fitting complete with copper choke and condensor with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed Copper leads from terminals to the fitting.(SD 88)

Supplying and fixing of Orient make metallic colour 5star rated as per the BEE specifications 1200mm (48") sweep AC ceiling fan (Havells/Crompton/Usha/equivalent) with stepped electronic 300w regulator with 300mm down rod on the existing clamp etc.,
