In the financial year 2025-26, work of New-Construction of the road from Sarai Baraut Road to Mitrasen College to Jaharveer Sthan and Government Girls Inter College Singhawali Ahir in Baghpat district

Excavation for roadway in soil by mechanical means including cutting and pushing the earth to site of embankment upto a distacnce of 100 m. including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-section.

Construciton of embankment with apporved material obtained from borrow pis with a lift upto 1.5m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet reqirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 100 as per Technical Specification clause 301.5

Construciton of subgrade and earthen shouldres with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, tranporting to site, spreading, grading to required slpoe and compacted meet requirement of table 300.2 with lead upto 100m as per Technical specification clause 303.1

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface., mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, as per MORD specification 401

Providing,laying and spreading material on a prepared sub cement @ 4% by weight to the spread Material manually, mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and form a layer of base.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 grade using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503

Providing and laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet by Manual Means of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm agregates using V.G.-10 grade bitumen bitumen to required line grade and level to serve as wearing course on previously prepared base by manual MORD specific ations 508 (excluding cost of labour cess & GST)

Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with 80/100 grade bitumen sealing the voids in bitumens surface laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall using type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 (excluding cost of labour cess & GST)

Construction of 350mm Dai NP-3 Hume pipe culvert

Providing and Fixing of Km. Stone and Fixing of Hecto meter stone,

Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectiorised sign as per IRC-67 made of high intensity grade sheeting the retro- reflecive sheeting type-IV shall be tested for 3 year outdoor weathering test in Indian conditions as per IRC 67-2012 & proof of the same in form of Government report shall be uploaded while quoting tender vide MOR&TH clause 801.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting 2mm thick with area exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on a miled steel single angle iron post 75x75x6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of property designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 45x45x60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing complete, as per direction E-In-Charge Note: The Composite warranty jointly signed by original manufacturer & authorized converter of at least 7 years shall be furnished on non judicial stamp of required denomination both for retro reflective sheet and also complete signage. Construction of un-reinforced dowel jointed at expension and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement,thickness as per design, over a prepared sub-base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M 30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregates and exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design ,laid in approved fixed side from work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film , wedges,steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing),spreading the concrete with shovels ,rakes,compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of complete slabs for 14 days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause (1501)
