Shifting, Installing and Commissioning of 'Silent Type' Diesel Generating set of 100KVA from near DDE building to Administrative building battery car shed as required. Shifting:Dismantling the connection and lifting of Enclosure type 100KVA DG set by means of Crain and transport with suitable load carrier for a distance of 1Km from DDE building power room and unloading in the car shed near Administrative building without any damage as required.

Dismantling, shifting and erection of AMF panel of size 1.5 mtr length x 1.8 mt height from DDE building power to battery car shed near Administrative building by supporting with MS 'L' angle on the wall of size 65mm x 65mm, 600mm length at the bottom of each end of the panel board as required.

Supplying and fixing of 125A TPN/415/50Hz Switch Disconnected fuse unit with Din type fuse including enclosure in the existing surface as required. Make:L&T.

Supplying and fixing 12V 150AH SMF battery,. Make: Exide Express.

Supplying of 3.5 x 120 sq.mm PVC insulated PVC sheathed/XLPE aluminium conductor of 1.1KV grade armoured UG cable conforming to relevant ISI specifications. Make:Polycab/Havells/Universel/RR Kable/Finolex.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE aluminum aconductor cable of 1.1KV grade of above 95 sq.mm. and upto 185 sq.mm. size direct in ground inculding excavation, river sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc., as required. (Manual excavation)

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade of above 95 sq. m. and upto 185 sq. mm. size on wall surface as required.

Supplying and making end termination with double compression brass gland and aluminium lugs for 3.5 X 120 sq.mm. size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE aluminum conductor UG cable of 1.1KV grade as required.

Earthing with G.I earth pipe 4.5 mtr long 40mm dia including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement etc., with coke or charcoal and salt complete as required.

Providing & fixing 25mm x 6mm copper strip in 40mm size medium classs G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring washer excavation and refillilng etc. as required.

Providing & fixing 25mm x 6mm copper strips on surface or in recess including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring washer etc. as required.

Providing & Fixing 25mm x 6mm G.I. strips on surface or in recess including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring washer etc., as required.

Providing and fixing 4.00mm dia copper wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Providing of fire safety equipments comprising of 1 no. of 5 Kg fire extinguisher of CO2, 2 nos. of fire buckets with suitable MS L angle stand, and 2 sq. mm. of 10mm thick ISI marked rubber mat.

Charges for supply of 3 copies of detail drawing, obtaining approval from local Electricity department/Central Electricity Authority, payment of CEA inspection/liaison fees or any other charges for fulfilling of requirements and conditions laid down by CEA complete.
