Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth for foundation and getting out in any type of soil.

Excavating in post holes each n. exc 0.5 Cum , getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around,in layers not exceeding 25cm watering ,and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface in any type of soil.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations mass concrete etc

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M & L plain Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base , plinth protection, foundation filling, mass concrete ,surface drain, Pavings,hardstanding etc,complete all as specified.

M & L 100mm thick plain cement concrete type B-2 ,1:2:4 (40mm graded stone agg) as in flooring & finshed the surface even & smooth without using extra cement. complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

M&L Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping/kerbs including necessary form work including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed complete

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement & pigment, glossy finish (reflective type, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, as in pavements to required level & gradients, set, jointed with clean dry sand and cushioning complete (Note : Sand cushing shall be measured and paid separetely).

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation all complete.

M&L machine cut Kota stone ( greenish colour, mirror polished) slab flooring 18 to 20 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab incl rubbing and mirror polishing completly over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M & L for Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash all as specified.

M & L for painting to steel surfaces of any description over 10 CM width or girth in two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surface.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 Cm. all as specified.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point.

S&F mild steel work as in angle iron post and struts in fencing including welding, cutting tops to shape as directed,drilling holes,notching for wire etc flat iron fillets ( for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling,bolting or riveting and welding to existing boundary wall fencing post and other similar location etc complete all as specified and directed

S&F including fabrication framed work in MS iron such as grills, gratings gate fencing , etc with end of bars shouldered and/ or riveted or bolted with nuts and bolts framework conforming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L12 mm dia for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and nut and bolts n. exc 5 cm long all as specified and directed

Supply only PVC coated galvanised mild steel chain link fencing of Size 75mmx75mm, made of 4.0mm dia GI wire, including line wires, or any other approved mesh of any size and dia of GI wire complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only PVC coated galvanised mild steel chain link fencing including line wires,any mesh size and type to any type of standards,rails,straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire all as specified and directed
