Stainless Steel Bunk Beds (2-tier) (316 Grade M), complete with mattress 4" thickness and pillow and Ladder (6 persons/container)-with under-bed storage drawer (Size 0.80x0.70x0.30) with smooth-gliding ball-bearing roller slides, Handle and locking arrangements. Steel Shoe rack (3 pairs of 6 layers) with painting including Transportation including loading, unloading and sea transport to Bangaram Island, with RCC Foundations with pedestals of size (45x45x60), anchoring arrangements and stacking supports for Eight two-storey blocks (12 pedestanls for each two-story block). Steel Shoe rack (3 pairs of 6 layers) with painting including Transportation including loading, unloading and sea transport to Bangaram Island, with RCC Foundations with pedestals of size (45x45x60), anchoring arrangements and stacking supports for Containers (12 pedestanls for each block). all materials, fittings and accessories should be Non-corrosive material. Galvanized Steel Staircases at both ends (thickness of section 4mm) with intermediate landing and handrails and inter connection of all containers at FF level including roofing with 4mm polycarbon sheet (approximate roof area 110 sqm and Platform area 45 sqm at FF level and Stair room area of 10 Sqm) including painting with apoxy paint. All materials, fittings and accessories should be Non-corrosive material, all complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing required number of PVC Septic Tank, waste water tank etc complete with inspection chambers, plumbing connections and soak arrangement all complete as per the direction of engineer in charge (Total capacity of PVC septic tanks should not less than 100 users)

External water supply, drainage, electrical interconnections, testing, commissioning and handing over, all complete as directed by the engineer in charge

Providing, designing, supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of 15 KLD capacity Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) suitable for treating domestic sewage generated from approximately 100 users complete with civil works, electro-mechanical equipment, piping, valves, instruments, electrical panel, cabling, foundation bolts, commissioning and performance testing all Complete as directed by the engineer in charge including 5 year maintenance period.
