Supplying fabricating and placing in position of steel rods using TMT Steel ISI including cost of binding wire, cost of labour charges for fabrication and placing in position etc. Complete. Complying with std. specifications.

Supplying and erecting centering to sides and soffits including supports and strutting for drainage sides and culvert body wall sides using 90cm x 60cm and B.G 10stifened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over (silver oak joists ) of size 10cm x 6.50cm spread at about 90cm etc. complete complying with standard specification . Brick Work in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one cement, five Crushed Stone Sand ) using new best country Bricks of size 8 ¾” x 4 ¼” x 2 ¾” from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. complying with std. specifications.

Supply and fixing of RCC precast jally of 5cm thick in cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement two sand and four aggregate)mix using 20mm ISS HBG metal, including cost and conveyance of all materials to site laboure charges, cost and providing mould charges etc.complete.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 20mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to BIS at 2% by weight of cement used including finsihing, curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position of Iron grills of required size and 2 Nos of vertical at center with flats diagonally to the existing open space for grills into necessary hold fast conveyance and one coat of primer etc., complete for Windows and others.

Collection Supplying of well gravel from approved quarry and filling the same in laye by layer each layer not exceeding 15 cm thick, including cost and coveyance of well gravel, laboure charges for filling, watering, ramming, etc., complying with standard specifications.

Plastering with CM 1:5 (One cement and Five sand) mix 12mm thick including finishing cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges watering, curing and and all other incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and fixing in positon Indian Water Closet (Oriya type) of size 580 x 440mm white glazed earthern ware of approved quality and brand with "P" or "S" trap conforming to BIS with sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 (One lime, Two sand and Five brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to the required slope and including giving necessary connection, dismantling brick masonry wall / reinforced cement concrete roof / floor slab and making good the dismantled portion to the original condition with leakages etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dadooing the wall with colour glazed tiles of size 305mm x 200mm x 6mm size of approved make and quality and colour set in cement mortor 1:2 (one cement and two sand) over 10mm base layer plastering and pointing with white cement neatly as directed.

Paving the floor with plain/design Antiskirt ceramic tiles (colour shade as directed) of size 305mm x 305mm x 6mm in all floors over a base layer of cement mortor 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick laid in-situ and pointed with same coloured cement

Providing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Door: Providing and fixing casement doors fabricated from un-plasticized polyvinyl chloride (uPVC) sections. Profiles: The profiles should be three chamber system which provides high insulation properties with outer frame 60mm x 55mm with an outer wall thickness of 2.4mm. The window unit should be designed with all corner joints mitred and fusion welded. Windows should be steel reinforced with 25 x 24 x 25mm steel reinforcement with a thickness of 1mm to have dimensional stability. The sash should be of 60 x 102mm. The mullion should be of 60 x 74mm. The profiles should have co-extruded seals. Hardware: All the hardware like friction stays, handles should be screwed with self tapping screws. The handles, locks should be designed so that they cannot be released from outside. Glazing: The window system should be glazed with 5mm plain float glass / 6mm bison lam Installation: The profiles should be cut to length and welded 45 degrees. The window should be designed such that the water drainage does not pass through the reinforcement chamber. The window system should be fixed directly to the plastered brick wall using self expanding nylon plug and driving ms electroplated screws into plug.

Wiring with 2x1.5sq.mm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade insuitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with 150x100x113mm TW sitch box for 5A 3pin non interlocking Wall socket with 5A flush type switch with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open PVC plug point.S.D 36.

White washing two coats with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime, blue powder fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting the new iron works such as steel doors, Windows,Ventilators windows bars,balustrades etc, in all floor with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality, colour and brand (to be approved by executive engineer before use on works ) over one the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc, complete complying with Standard Specification.

TW plank of size 600mm x 450mm x 19mm with support in greeper sof 1"thick on both side with painting and with bolt, nut and washer, etc., complete.

Supply and fixing of Porcelin Base Fuse Unit of 32A, 415V16A with ISI mark, etc., complete.

Supply and fixing of MCB Isolater 40A - DP etc., Complete.

Supply and run of 2x1.5sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100V grade in 25mm dia GI pipe (Class 'B') suitably bent at both ends with necessary angle iron upright and end supports for mains. SD. 69
