Lime concrete 1:5:10 (one part of lime, five part of sand and ten part of hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Random Rubble masonry work in Lime mortar 1:2 ( One of lime and two of sand) using hard rough stones and bond stones in foundation and basement including dewatering wherever necessary proper setting, curing etc., complete in all respects complying with relevant standard Specifications. Scaffolding charges for Vimanans and gopurams with casurina posts wherever necessary for main, form work and providing with non Flamable Shaded coverings, providing ladder arrangements, country wood plant for working, inspection etc, complete hire charges only for erection, maintenance and removing the same on completion of the work. (Vimanam / Gopuram upto 15'-00" height)

Brick masonry Lime Mortar 1:2 (one part of lime and two part of M-sand) using Second class ground moulded Chamber bricks size 9" x 43/8" x 23/4" including all varivargams, moulds, sthambams, mukapathrams, koodu, nasi and all ornamental brick work complete, all pancharams, agarais, karnakoodus, etc., forming core walls of Rajagopuram/ Vimanams complete including cost and conveyance of all materials including cement, all the labour charges including marking pathies shaping of the bricks, lifting of all the materials to required heights, curing and all extra for working in heights etc., complete 100 cft for vimanam / gopuram. Providing Vargapoochu over the corewalls of Vimanams / Gopurams, with Lime Mortar1:1.5 (one part of lime one point five part of P-sand) complete including shaping the mukhapathram, mahanasi, Koodu all ornamentals works to proper shape by embedding broken bricks of shaped/chiseled bricks, rough-plastering with Lime Mortar 1:1.5 and finishing with final ornamental plastering and nayam theervani including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour therefore, lifting of materials, all working in heights, curing with water etc, complete including all extra for folding and including clearing from the vimanams/gopurams 100sft superficial area. for kalkaram. Plastering with Cement mortar 1:5 (one part of cement and five part of P-sand), 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges, curing etc,complete complying with standard specifications.

Painting with multicolour (Panchavarnam) good water based exterior emulson paints complete for the Vinamans/Gopurams, including cost and conveyance of all materials, lobour charges including Artist painter, working in heights, lifting of material, cost of brushes etc, complete-which including all extra for foldings-100sft, superficial area.

Painting two coat with approved water based Exterior Emulsion over the cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface including clearing preparing the surface curing in all floors including brushes etc., complete as per specification. -10 m 2 ( S.I. No 358 )

Supplying & fixing Teak wood temple type door including all materials, labour charges for manufacturing and fixing in position including all furniture fittings etc complete complying with standard specifications .( Above 7'0")

Varnishing the new wood work with two coats of Varnish of good quality and color over one coat of primer over new wood work include costs of all materials, brushes charges etc, complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and fixing teak wood for frames of windows at gopuram tier openings including required materials, labour charges for wrought and put up in position etc.,all complete complying with standard specification.

Painting new wood work with two finishing coats of synthetic enamel ready mixed paint of approved quality and colour over one coat priming coat in all floors including the cost of primer etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)
