Chilled Water Pumps Supply , installation and testing of factory designed, built, tested Back pull out long coupled End Suction Pump with electric motor for re-circulation of water for the central air conditioning system. The pumps shall be rigid coupled protected by OSHA complaint coupling guard, with CI casing, Bronze impeller, high strength steel shaft. The pump motor shall be suitable for 415± 10% volts, 50 cycles, 3 phase AC power supply of IE3 efficiency class. Pumps shall have outside type mechanical seal and CI casing, Bronze Impeller & SS Shaft. The internal components of pumps including mechanical seal shall be suitable to sustain a temperature of 122 degree Fahrenheit minimum efficiency of pump shall be 70%. The pump shall be designed for PN-16 pressure ratings. (a) 1 No. Suitable HP, TEFC squirrel cage induction motor IE-3 with class 'F' insulations 1450 rpm synchronous speed, operating on 415 + 10% volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz A.C. supply (b) Lot- Expanded polystyrene (T.F. Quality) insulation of not less than 75mm thick duly cladded with aluminium sheets of 24 G thickness and properly clamped to pump in two semicircular section as per specifications. (c) Lot - Mounting frame work with anti vibration pads. (d) Sound level of pump shall not be more than 85 dBA at 1.5m distance. (e) 72 GPM at 22m head (1W+1S)

PART_A CHILLERS. Supply ,installation,Testing and commissioning of Scroll Water Chilling Machine each specified capacities hereunder, suitable for operation on refrigerant R-134a/407C each comprising of the following complete as per specification and as required. The scope of work shall also include lifting, shifting and positioning of chiller at location as directed by GE. Scroll Water Chilling Machine each having a capacity of 90720 K.CAL/ Hour (30 TR) at chilled water inlet/ outlet temperature of 54 Deg. F (12.22 Deg.C) / 44 Deg. F (6.67 Deg.C) with chilled water circulation rate of 72 GPM (nominal) and condenser water inlet/ outlet temperature of 90 Deg. F (32.22 Deg. C)/ 100 Deg.F (37.77 Deg. C) with circulation rate 90 GPM (Actual) (1W+1S). Refrigerant - R - 134a/407C Evaporator Fouling Factor: 0.0005 (British Units) Condenser Fouling Factor: 0.001 (British Units) Min. COP = 4.7 at AHRI conditions Min. IPLV = 5.8 at AHRI conditions Maximum Pressure Drop in evaoprator- 8 mt Maximum Pressure Drop in condenser- 8 mt Each Chilling Machine shall comprise 1 No. Scroll type compressor semi hermetic sealed complete single/multi circuit with automatic capacity control, safety switches, speed increasing gears, forced feed lubrication system etc. as per specificaitions. 1 No. Suitable capacity squirrel cage induction motor with class 'F' Insulation suitable for operation on 415+10% volts, 50Hz, A.C. Supply. 1 No. Star Delta Starter suitable for compressor motor complete with ammeter with CTs, overload protection, under voltage protection, protection against phase reversal & independent single phase prevenentions etc. complete as required.

Necessary Drive arrangement 1 Set lubrication device consisting of automatic electric oil pump, oil cooler, head tank, oil strainer, automatic pressure regulating mechanism, oil heater, thermal switch etc. as per specificatons. 1 No. matching shell and tube water cooled condenser of M.S. shell and integrally fined copper tubes. 1 No. matching shell and tube DX type chiller of M.S. shell and copper tubes. 1 Lot Refrigerant piping fittings, valves and accessories to inter connect compressor, condenser, chillers and expansion valve. 1 Set Microprocessor based control panel complete with accessories as per specifications, Controls shall be suitable for hookup to BMS, compatible with BacNet/ Modbus as per specifications. Lot Refrigerant line accessories comprising of safety valves, angle valves, liquid line indications, liquid level control etc. Lot - water flow switches at inlet and outlet of condenser and chiller, water drain and air purge valves wherever required. Lot - Suction line and chiller insulation with minimum 19 mm thick polyvinyl nitrile rubber insulation finished with 0.63 mm thick G.S.S. cladding complete as required. Lot - Frame work for mounting the above condenser, chiller compressor and motor with base plate complete with antivibration pads/ springs. Lot - Initial/first charge of refrigerant gas and compressor oil. Spring isolator to be considered

COOLING TOWERS Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of FRP Induced draft counter flow type cooling towers. The Cooling Tower shall be complete with FRP Casing, FRP Basin, Unpressurised Gravity Flow – Header and branch arm water distribution system. 0.2 mm thick PVC Film Fills, High Efficiency Drift Eliminators and direct driven Axial Flow Propeller type aerofoil design fans with adjustable pitch type blades and Totally Enclosed Air Over (TEAO) and High Efficiency (IE2) grade IP-65 rating motor, capable of working under moist air steam with weatherproof construction and FRP / GSS canopy etc; fitting, GI wiremesh at air inlet area, HDG supports, Hot Dip Galvanized Steel ladder, overflow, automatic make-up water, equalizing & quick fill arrangements and connection provision etc; No sprinkler system, no belt drive or gear box are acceptable. OPEN EXPENSION TANK Supplying, installing ,testing & commissioning of expansion tank with inlet/ outlet valve Float valve, full way gate valve of 32mm dia & drain valve of 40 mm dia duly insulated with 50mm thick polyethylene foam insulation applied by adhesive conforming to standard specifications and finally applying aluminium foil cladding complete with type 3, grade 1 roofing feltstrip (as per IS:1322 as amended upto date) at joints as requied complete in all respect with connection over flow and drain 40mm dia, fabricated out of 3mm M.S. sheet of size 1000 x 1000 x 1000mm as specified.

PART_C Chilled Water Piping: Supplying, laying/ fixing, testing and commissioning of 65 mm dia MS pipes (50 mm insulation) nominal sizes of chilled water piping plumbing inside the building (with necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fittings but excluding valves, strainers, gauges etc.) duly insulated PUF moulded pipe section of density 20 kg/cu.m after a thick coat of cold setting adhesive (CPRX compound) wrapping with 500g polythene faced hessain and finally applying 0.63mm aluminium sheet cladding complete with type3 , grade 1 roofing feltstrip(as per IS:1322 as amended up to date ) at joints repairing of damage to building etc. as per specifications and as required complete in all respect

Drain Piping: Supply,installation,testing and commissioning of "B" class GI drain piping complete with fitting etc & 25 mm thick PUF insulation with sealing tapes & 28 G Aluminium cladding complete as per specifications of 40 mm dia size.

Insulated Valves: Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of following valves, strainers, gauges, under items no 11 to 18 here-in-after in the chilled water plumbing duly insulated to the same specifications as the connected piping and adequately supported as per specifications:

Bellows type rubber expansion joints for Chilled water piping located at Pump inlet & exit, AHU inlet & exit and at chiller inlet & exit. Complete with double bellows, tie rods, MS flanges, necessary hardware and gaskets etc., with insulation of 65mm dia.

3-way modulating control valve 65 mm dia in a single body. The actuator shall be capable of accepting upto 10V DC and upto 20 mA electric signal and shall provide similar transduced feedback output to control system. Maximum close off pressure shall not be less than 6 Bar for upto 50 mm valves and 7 Bar for 65 mm & above. Valves should have pressure rating of 25 Bar minimum.

Industrial type pressure gauges with SS-304 valves complete as required

Supply & fixing in position the mercury in glass industrial type thermometers.

Supply,installation,testing and commissioning of proportional type cooling and heating thermostats for the various Air Handling Units complet with required control wiring/installation kit etc. as per drawings and specifications

CONDENSER WATER PIPE Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of condenser water pipes of 80mm dia size of MS 'C' class along with necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fittings such as bends, tees etc.but excluding valves, strainers, gauges etc. adequately supported on rigid supports duly painted/ buried in ground excavation and refilling etc. as per specification and as required complete in all respect.

VALVES WITHOUT INSULATION Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of following valves, gauges and strainers for condenser water circulation as per specifications under item no 24 to 28 :

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 10mm dia. Automatic air vent in brass construction complete with nipples, union etc. as required at all high points in the pipe lines. The valve shall be such as to have non-return valve as integral part of the vent as specified.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 25mm dia. Plug valve indirt legs complete with nipples, etc, as specified.

Providing and fixing in position differential pressure switch of brass body complete with copper control wiring of condernser and chiller out let of each machine complete as directed.

PART- D : AIR DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM Sheet Metal Duct: Supply,assembly and erection of GI sheet size 24 guage with TDF flange rectangular/square duct made out of 'L'shaped hollow profile ,duly factory boxed incl all accessories such as Corner ,Cleat,Carriage bolt,Gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc complete as per drawings and specifications.

Supplying, Fixing,testing and commissioning of fire dampers in supply air duct/main branch and return air path as and where required of required sizes i/c control wiring,the damper shall be motorized and spring return so as to close the damper in the event of power failure automatically and open the same in case of power being restored. The spring return action shall be inbuilt mechanism and not externally mounted. The damper shall also be closed in the event of fire signal complete as required and as per specifications.

Supplying, Fixing,testing and commissioning of siutable Actuator for AC Plant as specified.

Supply and fixing acoustic lining of supply air duct and plenum with 15 mm thick Open Cell engineered Nitrile Rubber foam of density 140-180 kg/cu.m with in built Microban and tested as per ISO 354:2003, ISO 11654:1997 and ASTM C 423 etc., complete as required and as per specifications.

Providing and fixing of acoustic lining on wall and ceiling of AHU rooms with 25mm thick Rigid Board of Glass wool one side aluminum faced and other side black glass cloth lamination, density 70 to 80 kg/cu.m

M & L for duct insulation with resin bonded fibre glass wool roll of density 24 Kg /Cum and 40mm thickness with factory laminated aluminium vapour barrier , thickness of insulation size 50mm as specified and including the following:- (a) M & L for cleaning the duct surface( to be insulated ) by scrapping carefully with wire brush etc. to make the surface completely free of mill scale ,durt,dust, grease and other foreign materials, taking special care so that all duct joints are sealed against any leakage. (b) M & L for applying rubber based adhesive CPRX compound. Dismantling wall & ceiling boards (fibre pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness including cover fillets with existing grid complete all as specified and directed

S&F Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre complete all as specified and directed .

S&F 12 mm thick Seamless calcium silicate ceiling 12 mm thick made out of 1800 x 1200 mm size board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre fixed to the ceiling section with 25 mm long self drilling and tapping screws having phillips head with under head cutter at 200 mm centre to centre, including finshing the joint of face board with specially formulated jointing compound and 48 mm wide fibre tape to provide seam less finish complete all as specified and directed . Note : Frame Work for ceiling shall shall be measured and for paid separately

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light/fan) complete including fixtures and fittings such as light fitting ceiling rose & switches etc and removing material to store for keeping in safe custody or taking credit and making good distrubed surfaces of wall, floors, ceiling etc complete all as spefified and directed.

M&L for Point wiring complete with using approved colour coding as per IS 1.5 Sq mm, (nominal cross sectional area) single core PVC insulated PVC unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 volts grade laid/drawn through & including suitable size rigid PVC conduit with necessary conduit fittings/ accessories fixed concealed in walls/ceiling by means of PVC sleeve/dash fastener with cadmium plated iron screws all as per ISI including sunk type pressed steel terminal boxes 1.2 mm thick andfor mounting, fittings like switches, sockets, fan regulator etc with 3 mm thick ebonite switch board top covers concealed in walls etc including 1.5 Sq mm (nominal cross sectional area) single core PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 Volts grade as continuous earth wire to common earth and connecting to earth dolly for one light/ceiling fan/exhaust fan point controlled by one way switch complete all as specified and directed NOTE :- Cost of cutting/leaving forming chases for conduits, sinking for boxes etc and making good shall be deemed to be included in the cost of item and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account
