P/L of plain cement concrete with nominal mix M-15 Grade using crushed stone aggregate and river sand incl.cost and carriage of cement, aggregate of (10-40 mm) from sources upto the site of work complete job.

P/L of Tor steel of Grade Fe-500 ''D" of SAIL, TATA Tiscon or its similar make for handling, cutting, bending, placing in position, assembling etc for RCC work for pile cap of Abut-A-2, full shaft of abut A-1 & A-2, shaft caps of A-1 & A-2 pedestals, seismic arrestors, DIrt walls, return walls of A-1 & A-2 abutments, including cost, carriage/ freitage loading & unloading from sources upto the site of work with complete job.

Form work of wooden water proof ply laminated sheet for shuttering incl. centering, proping, oiling etc of pile cap, shafts shafts-caps, R/wall, Dirt-walls, pedestals, HT-sesimic arrestors from both Abut A-1 , A-2 and removal of the same after completing, the concrete cast in situ including stagging, scaffolding work around the shaft upto the shafts-caps etc with complete job.

P/L in position concrete in mix M-35 & M-40 concrete complete with vibrating the Green concrete (Design-mix as per IRC specifications) for foundation pile cap, shafts, abut-caps, retion wals, Dirt walls pedestals, HT sesimic arrestors from the either sides at all depths and levels, including cost & carriage of materails like stone aggerate, (10mm to 20mm) of size, fine aggregate, branded plasticizer and approved cement i.e (Ultra tech, Ambuja or its similiar make of 43-grade from sourcess upto the site of work, including loading & unloading, with vibrating and curring completely. The item includes the cost of Disel/POL grease and hire, running charges of all machniery completely like batching- mixer and concrete pum with complete job

a). Pile cap, abut-shaft, abut cap, R/walls dirt walls, approach walls in (M-35)

b). Pdestals HT Sesmic arrestors in (M-40)

Dewatering of foundation trench during earht work excavation, shuttering, steel reinforcement work like assembling, fitting, etc chipping of RCC pile-head concereting of pile cap of abut A-2 and as water level is above than pile cap A-1 and shaft work needs dewatering to get the water level down than pile cap

P/F in position 100mm dia PVC pipes of 1.0 Mtr long in weep-holes embedded in reinforcement cement concrete in abutments /shafts with 100mm AC pipes extending through full width of structure with scope IV:20 H towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification.

P/L of filter Media with granullar materails/ boulder stone crushed aggregate satisfying the requirement laid down of morth specification to a thickness of not less than 600mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutments wing/ return wall to the full height compacted a firm conditions complete as per drawing and technical specification as per morth incl. cost and carriage of materails from bounce upto the site of work.

Back filling behind the abutments by mean of Nallah muck in return walls and spreading, rolling compaction completelly as per the direction of Engineer Incharge at site with complete job both sides of Abut A-1 & A-2

Refilling of the excavated sides of the trench for pile caps on both abutment locations from eastern, wastern & Nallah of rec side of the trench by Mechanical Means and to make the flows of Nallah smooth by removing the humps of old excavated earth complete job.

Making of Ring bund around the excavated trench from both abut.sides A-1 and A-2 to avert the surge of Nallah flow into the foundation trench and to ease the work execution for foundation and shafts by using 2nd class sand/ excavated earth work complete job. The item includes supply of empty bags, filling, stiching and fixing manually (hand packed) as per direction of I/C Engineer complete job

Providing of popular wooden-poles of average Girth of (24'') Avg. including loading, unloading, carriage upto work site with complete job.

Driving of popular Timber pole for receeding peripherial sides at bottom of wet foundation trench into sub-soil and to retrain the side walls of partially dismentalled Masjid lying near abut A-2 to fend off collapse of earthern tench by Mechnical Means with complete job.

Retrieving of popular timber poles of the same Qty vide item no-15 and from A-1 side of abutment already driven there either by Mechnical means or manually and to shift and dump the same at safer-side of the site including loading, unloading by the Mechnical means with complete job.

Diversion of Nallah by means of hydraulic excavator for making water flow of Nallah smooth and to avoid the surge of Nallah flow during trench excavation process on Abut location A-2 and after job completion make the same at smooth with complete job.

P/fabrication,erecting, assembling, launching, hoisting and placing in position structural truss girder of Grade E-250, confirming to IS-2062,bolts/welded in built up of sections in trusses, framed work, beams, girders, joists channels, angles ties, plates or angles, cleats, with stiffners etc. incl. cutting, gas welding, drilling of holes and fixing in position, stagging, scaffolding, POL, MOL, greaze, taxes VAT, OCTORI, incl. double coat of Red-oxide primer, the item includes the fixing of truss girders, loading, unloading and carriage charges from the fabrication site to the site of work and cleaning of girders to remove rust, buffing which includes hire charges of buffing machine, Generator cost of POL washing etc incl. cost & carriage railing post at the distance of 1500/ The job includes cost of structural steel of SAIL and all necessary items for the complete job and duly certified by NIT the item is includes cost of nut bolts

P/fixing in position to Truss Girder 50mm nominal bore G.I pipe as Rails with all clamps & painting complete as per drawing. The job includes cost and carriage from sources upto the site of work.( C class)

P/L in position concrete in mix in M-40 concrete with vibrating the green concrete design mix as per IRC specification for Deck-slab, kerb, approch slab, crash-barrier at all depths and levels including curring etc. The job includes cost & curring of C-aggregate & fine aggregate of (10-20mm) size and cement of Ultra-tech, Ambuja or its similiar make of 43-Grade with branded plasticizer from sources upto the site of work incl. loading/ unloading charges complete. The job includes cost of POL, greeze, hire & running charges of machinary involved i.e batching mixer concerte pump etc with complete job.

Form work /water proofing laminated shuttering incl.proping, centering, stagging/scaffolding around etc the job includes cost and carriage of all required materails from sources upto the site of work and removal of same with complete job

P/laying of Tor steel of girder Fe-500D of SAIL, TATA TISCON or its similar as per the directions of project funding authority for fixing, cutting, bending, binding, assembling etc for RCC work for Deck-slab, kerbs, crash barrior & appraoch slab, incl. cost/ carriage/freitage, loading/unloading from sources upto the site of work with complete job.

P/fixing in position 250mm x250mm and 200 deep drainage boxes with 300 long 100mm drain pipe with granting at top in galvanized iron-RWCB (Rain water collection Box) drainage sponts complete job; with cost /carriage of materail complete job

Painting of steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enemal paint of approvedbrand, including cleaning surfaces etc with complete cost & carriage. Incl. primer coat etc.

Applying primming coat on concrete surfaces of Dividers/kerbs, including cleaning, filling,voids etc. the job includes cost /carriage from sources upto the site of work

Painting concrete surfaces with two coats of synthetic enemel paints of approved brand incl.cost & carriage from sources upto site of work (vide Qty item No.25)

Supply of wire crates of 4x4'' mesh including cost and carriage made with 4mm dia G.I wire weaved diagonally with complete job.

Supply, filling to knitting of stone boulders in wire crates, lightly, hand packed incl.cost /carriage of materails from sources upto the sit eof work, with complete job excl. cost of crate wire

Filling in approaches with 1 in 20 gradient upto an approach length of approximately 100mm to the level Gsis by providing close graded materail spreading of water in uniform layers with mortor grader on prepared surface mixing by in place method with rotavator at MOC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve desired density, filling in approaches with 1 in 20 gradient upto an appraoch length of approx 150mtr to the level of appraoch road complete job.

A). Supply of good earth from borred pits deposited at the site and spread to a o e mentioned grade & compacted by vibratory roller to achieve desired density with complete job

B). P/L of close graded GSB (Grade-I) incl. cost of the carraige of materail, loading unloading from sources to the site of work complete job. Incl. compact & consolidation with road roller.

Earth work excavation in retaining walls at the bottom of approach either manullay or by mechnical excavation on both sides of appraoch on eah side of the bridge incl. all charges complete job.

P/L of mud mate for two walls at the bottom of approches filling on both faces of approaches on each side of bridge plain/ reinforced cement concrete in open foundation as per drawings & technical specification M-15 including cost/carriage of cement stone and fine aggregate with loading /unloading from source upto the site of work complete job

P/L of PCC block works in Mix 1:2:4 at bottom of approach filling for toe walls on both faes of approaches on each sides of the bridge & crash barrier blocks provided at the top of the approach roads plain/ reinforcement cement concrete in open foundation as per drawingss & technical specification M-15 including all charges like cost and carriage of materails i.e cement, stone & fine aggerate incl. loading /unloading from source upto the site of work complete job

Random rubble masonery for retaining wall with hard stone from quarey in foundation / plinth in cement mortar (1:6) Mix as per clause No.1400 of morth, including making of bond stone joints/ through stone at suitable spots, incl. all charges from source upto the site of work complete job.
