Raw water pump sets :- Supplying installing and commissioning of water lubricated single double stage radial mixed flow, vertical turbine pump kirloskar WPIL Joyti Mather and platt make confirming to IS 1710/1972 consisting of bowl assembly dynamically balanced bronze impellers, stainless steel pumpshaft and line shaft of 18.50 m flanged column assemblies of 1.5m length and with 9mm thick MS fabricated column assembly with strainers prebubricatin tank non reverse ratchet compiling prelubrication tank Non reverse ratchet coupling pressure gauge suitable size of NR valves, Sluice valves Butterfly valve and foot valve with dismantling joint at delivery suction side of pump coupled with hollw solid vertical shaft squirrel cage TEFC and Eff1 rated induction Motor having 20% more BHP than that of pump of Kirlosker/Joyti/BHEL/CGL/ABB/ Marathon make confirming to IS 325/1996 & IS:12615/2004 operating on 415V 3 Phase 50 C/s AC supply having speed 1500 rpm all complete as per standard specification and direction of E/I (Note :- Contractor will again have to check the design of pump motor and get it approved by the department) as per quotation attached Discharge = 9.259LPS, Head =55m and BHP=15 (1W+1S)

Lighting – Supplying and doing electrical wiring and internal and external lighting i.e. lighting of gangway and ESS for raw water plant with LED Luminaries as required and as per direction of E/I including fire Extingher, first aid box and tools & tackles etc. as per the direction of E/I

Electric Sub Station (ESS) : - Cost of construction of DP structure for transformer, supplying and erecting steel tabular/Rail pole, top bracket channel, back clamp, 11 KV disc insulator with hardware, earthing set complete. Ms nut and bolts, AB Switch MS angle, GI Wire, clamp for transformer base top channel, D.O. fuse HG fuse angle, stay set complete 11 KV lighting arrester, outdoor termination etc. complete as per the site requirement and as per the director of E/I and as per the specification of JBVNL

Cost payable to JSEB for taking HT electrical connection at Raw water pumping station (Shall be evaluated by JSEB/JBVNL and payable as per sanctioned estimate)

Clear water pump sets :- Horizontal spit casing/end suction type centrifugal pump make Kirloskar/WPIL/Mather & platt/Jyoti as per IS capable of discharge against total head coupled woth Tefc squirrel cage energy efficient induction motor conforming to IS 325/1996 & IS 12615/2004 operating on 415 V, 3 phase 50 C/S AC Supply having speed 1500 rpm having Eff1 rating make Kirloskar/ ABB/Jyoti/BHEL/ Schneider/ Crompton with a suitable type coupling UNIQUE make and mounted on a common M.S fabricated Base plate including construction of foundation erection and doing alignment with pressure gauge, suitable size of NR valves, Sluice valves, Butterfly Valve & foot valve and strainer, standard fittings all complete as per site requirement and direction of E/I (Note :- Contractor will again have to check the design of pump motor and get it approved by the department) as per quotation attached
