Annual Overhauling works of 220V DC Switch gear I. Panels : Removal of top cover, hylam separators, cleaning and tightness checking of horizontal and vertical bus (front and rear) including in vertical bus in switch gear panels.
Annual Maintenance of LT Modules Removal of modules, external cleaning and tightness checking of terminals, replacement of worn out parts, applying petroleum jelly to finger contacts, greasing of modules and meggering. Size -I, II, III a) Size 1 module
b) Size 2 module
c) Size 3 module
Removal of the Hylam partition sheet available in front of the vertical bus of the panel both front and rear side and refixing after cleaning in all modules.
Supply of khada cloth for cleaning the panels, DC buses, and modules.
