SPECIAL REPAIRS/ REPLACEMENT OF BER TRANSFORMERS OF NAMKUM AND KHOJATOLI POCKETS OF RANCHI MIL STN UNDER GE RANCHI

Dismantling of existing transformer of any capacity upto 315 KVA incuding disconnecting electrical connections and depositing/installation in MES store/Other Location upto the 10 KM radius in namkum & Khojatoli area. Note - Rate are includes for required tolls /crane for shifting of transformer and breaking of old cracked plateform of transformer completer all as directed.

Supply , installation, testing & commissoning of transformer of capacity 100 KVA step down outdoor type copper wounded Level-II 11KV/433 Volts 11/0.433 KV ( at no load ) AC 3 phase 50 HZ on secondry side double wound oil immersed naturally all air cooled with external cooling tubes /rediator fins , delta connected as on primary and star connected with neutral brought on secondary side and having tapping at (±) 2.5%, (±) 5% & (±) 7.5% to be changed by hand operated OFF LOAD tap changing gear. The maximum temperature rise shoud not exceed 45⁰ (degree) centigrade in oil and 50⁰ (degree) centigrade in HV/ LV winding when measured by the resistance method after countineous full load run in ambient temprature the transformer shall confirming to IS1180 Part I 2014 and comprising of following accessories:-

a) 03 Nos porcelains HV bushing with arching horns on HV side suitable for 11 KV complete with bushing rods nuts. b) 01 x cable end box on LV secondry side consisting of 04 Nos porcelain bushing with bushing rods and nuts washers and cable glands suitable for reception of out upto 400 sqmm cable LT/HT cable c) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level guage. d) Dehydrating breather with first filling of dehydrating agent . e) Explosive vent. f) THERMOMETER pocket g) Two earthing terminal on tank body to facilitate fixing of 32x6mm GI strips. h) One No thermometer dail type vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree centigrade with maximum temprature indicator and re-setting device to maximum temprature including needle of temprature gauge : Max reading painted terminal. j) Rating plate with terminal plate. k) Oil level guage. l) Oil drain filter valve.m) Oil filling hole on top cover with plug. n) Air release valve/plug. o) Buchholz relay p) 4 Nos plain solid cast steel dedtachable rollers. q) Extra bushing for neutral out side the cable box and providing independent earthing for neutral. t) First fill of tranformer oil conforming to relevent ISI and tested upto 60 KV dielectric strength.(v) One stainless steel plate of size 200x150mm x 3 mm thick to be provided for marking for MES/SM with inscription with reveting to belew of specification plate of transformer complete as specified.Note - (a) The rates include for supplying transformers with standard fittings and installing complete including all jointing materials, connecting with electrical system, testing and commissioning but exclude connecting cables,steel mounting fabrications, earthing ,testing & PCC if any, which shall be measured separately. M&L for block masonary transformer platform of size 2.0 mtr x 2.0 mtr with height 1.4 mtr above and 0.60 Mtr below GL consisting of cement concrete in foundation of PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, PCC block masonary 1:3:6 in CM (1:4), moorum filling and consolidating inside the block masonery work, 100 mm thick sub base concrete with PCC 1:3:6 and 100 mm thick top PCC 1:2:4 type B2 & 15 mm plaster on side walls in 1:4 CM incl two coats of white wash and providing 4 Nos supporting channel of ISMC 100 of 2.0 Mtr long made of Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality- A and making good as per existing in yard complete all as specified and as directed. Note - cost of Disconnecting & reconnecting of transformer any capacity transformer shall be includes in qouted rates of items completer all as directed.

M& L for GI tubing medium grade of size 80 mm dia fixed on walls /Plateform of transformer as protection pipe for ground cable including provisioning of specials and clamps etc including taking down of old unseviceable pipe any type and any size complete all as speified and directed.Note - Excavation to be paid separately in respective items completer all as directed.

M& L for GI tubing medium grade of size 150 mm dia fixed on walls /plateform of transformer as protection pipe for ground cable including provisioning of specials and clamps etc including taking down of old unseviceable pipe any type and any size complete all as speified and directed.Note - Excavation to be paid separately in respective items.

Taking down of unserviceable cable of any size any type i.e laid in trenches or in duct/passed through pipes or fixed to wall/poles structure etc and making good as per existing requirement complete.

Supply, lay, test and commissioning of XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire, armoured, heavy duty electric power cable (HTUG), 11000 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 3 core 95 Sqmm ( Earthed all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Excavation & earth work, new sand, new bricks for cable protection shall be measured & paid seperatly in respective items here- in- before completer all as directed.

M&L for XLPE insulated heavy duty electric cable of size 400 sq mm 3½ core with aluminium multi stranded conductor 1100 volts grade served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall sheather laying in trenches/cable ducts, fixed to wall/pole all as specified and as directed Note:- (i) Excavation & earth work, new sand, new bricks for cable protection shall be measured & paid seperatly in respective items here- in- before completer all as directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade (earth) cable for indoor termination , cold shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 95 sqmm completer all as directed .

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade (earth) cable for outdoor termination , cold shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 95 sqmm completer all as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of cable, foundation etc, and getting out in soft /loose soil all as directed.Note - Excavation/earth work shall be done by manually manner with the safety of Data/OFC/telephone cable. If any cable damaged during the excavation to be repair same time and cost to be included in qouted rates completer all as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling Watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm completer all as directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point completer all as directed.

Supply and laying sand river for cushioning with layers of sand 8 cm before lying of cable and 15 cm after lying of cable (total 23 cm) in trenches complete all as specified & directed.(Note: Thickness after punning shall be measured for payment ) completer all as directed.

Supplying & laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV,Type 1, flat, size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm abetting Each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10mm over under cable for protection completer all as directed.

Fixing only the Chain link fencing on MS picket post including line wires,any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, straining bolts,etc including provision of winding wire complete all as specified

M&L for Earth electrode 25 mm dia 3 mtr long of low carbon steel electrode with copper bonding of thickness 250 micron, Back-fill earthing enhancing compound type Carbon based compound conductive concrete type which has a resistivity of less than 0.12 Ohm Mtr as per Clause 14.5D of IEEE : 80 standard. Back-fill compound should be electronically conductive (Like in metals) and should not depend on moisture for conduction. Back-fill comound should be environment friendly & should be solidify when mixed with water and set like concrete and should not leach / diffuse into the ground. Back-fill compound shall not be mixed with any soil while pouring in the bore hole. Test Certificate as per as per IEC: 62561-7 for Back-fill compound shall be submitted along with the material including SS clamp to be provode both side and PVC EARTH PIT 300 X 300 MM WITH PLASTIC LID complete all as specified Note - (i) Earth electrode should be applicable Standards IS: 3043, IEC 62561-2 & IEC 60364-5 and made of High Tensile steel rods copper bounded, High tensile strength,good electrical conduction & effective performance and suitable for all type of soil and provided minimum distance 3 Mtrs. (ii) Back-fill compound should be Compliance to the Standards IEEE: 80, IS-3043, BS 7430, IEC 62561-7, ANSI/NSF 60 Certification.(iii) Positive low resistance electrical connection to the earth. (iv) Does not contain hazardous chemicals.(v) Electronically conductive (like in metals) and is not dependent on moisture.(v) Provide the desire value of earth resistance as per required specified values (vi) Provide the Earthing Test point for indl electrod to plateform wall and connected with GI strip 32x5 mm upto the length of 7.5 Mtrs including in item Rate completer all as directed..

Supply and fixing angle iron made of mild steel confiriming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E 250) of size 50x50x6 mm as in post and sturds in fencing incl cutting top to shape as directed,and flat iron of size 50x6 mm drilling of holes as drected for chain link fencing to angle all as per directed.rate including dismanting to the old PCC fence post complete all as specified. Note - (i) Rates are including required Nut bolts with washers any type any sizes for fixing of chain lik fencing. (ii) PCC for post of picket shall be paid separatelly in respective items completer all as directed..

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation all as specified and as directed.Note - Excavation to be measured in respective items completer all as directed.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets with fair surface completer all as directed.

M&L for painting with two coat of synthetic enemelled paints over a coat of red oxide including perparation of new steel surface and chain link fencing complete all as specified.

Supply and filling the fined sand river into cable duct/trenches for cover to HT cables of any sizes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only the Mild steel round bar 10 mm dia and over conforming Fe 410 - A for fixing to chain link fencing Note - Fixing charges including in the Item No 26 here - in- before complete all as directed.
