Dismantling of water tanks (RCC hume Pipe/PVC) including disconnecting all connections etc. complete for following capacity of tanks .

S&F new rotational moulded polythylene water storage tank (cylindrical/vertical with closte top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I complete for following capacity of tanks :-

All as per Sl Item No. 2 (i) above but except water tank & ball valve.

All as per Sl Item No. 2(ii) above but except water tank & ball valve.

Taking up or down 15mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only 15mm bore tubes, any grade, to walls and ceilings or laying in floors

Taking down carefully existing unserviceable bitumen felt/ APP membrane (any number of layers) including plaster of any thickness etc and removing of the rubbish to a distance not exceeding 500m from the building and depositing where directed .

M&L for rendering 10mm thick CM (1:4) on roof slab top and sides finished even and smooth without using extra cement, mixed with water proofing liquid complete all as specified. Note: Water Proofing liquid shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for filleting, benching,coving of chajjah top/junctions, padding concrete below roof treatment etc slightly rounded or chamfered on edges wherever required including necessary form work/moulds etc including applying cement slurry on surface area @2.50 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and as directed .

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning the newly plastered surfaces of concrete (roof etc) with wire brushes and applying water proofing treatment as under :- i) Apply one coat of oil bound bituminous primer @ 0.25 kg/Sqm. ii) Providing and laying 3 mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester mat weighing not less than 160 gm/Sqm all as specified procured from any one of the approved manufacturer's. iii) Apply one coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.15 Kg/Sqm over membrane over non assesible roof surfaces complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed .

S&F in repair PVC tank Cover for OHT of 500 Ltr/ 1000 Ltr Tank capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams staircases, landing, chajjas, old RCC tank and similar suspended work.

M&L for RCC (nominal mix) Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in chajjas.

Formwork to chullah hoods, chajjas, troughs and similar items including edges, flat rough finished surfaces of concrete

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips

All as per item No. 22 above but 6mm to 8mm dia.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra mixed with water proofing liquid complete all as specified. Note: Water Proofing liquid shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces and applying 02 coats of exterior emulsion paint (light shade) @ 4.65 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces over & including a coat of exterior wall primer @ 8.35 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning & removing all scale and dirt etc from tank and from mouth of circulating pipe etc exc 250Ltrs and n exc 500Ltrs capacity complete all as specified.

M&L for special treatment to floor/wall sunken portion with demolition of PCC with plaster of entire sunken area (bottom & sides upto dado level) including removal of demolished material exc 250m and n exc 500m, prepration of surface by cleaning to remove loose particles, dust, latance etc, replacement of floor trap, and applying 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) with WPC liquid Conplast 421,and applying one coat each of Nitoproof 100 priming coat @1Ltr/5Sqm, after the priming coat applying Nitoproof 120 on plastered surfaces @1Ltr/2.5Sqm, filling the sunken floor with PCC (1:5:10) using brick bat and WPC Conplast - 421, rendering again 40mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC Conplast - 421, area of floor upto 1.2 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for special treatment to floor/wall sunken portion with demolition of PCC with plaster of entire sunken area (bottom & sides upto dado level) including removal of demolished material exc 250m and n exc 500m, prepration of surface by cleaning to remove loose particles, dust, latance etc, replacement of floor trap, and applying 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) with WPC liquid Conplast 421,and applying one coat each of Nitoproof 100 priming coat @1Ltr/5Sqm, after the priming coat applying Nitoproof 120 on plastered surfaces @1Ltr/2.5Sqm, filling the sunken floor with PCC (1:5:10) using brick bat and WPC Conplast - 421, rendering again 40mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC Conplast - 421, area of floor/kitchen upto 0.5 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for special treatment to floor/wall sunken portion with demolition of PCC with plaster of entire sunken area (bottom & sides upto dado level) including removal of demolished material exc 250m and n exc 500m, prepration of surface by cleaning to remove loose particles, dust, latance etc, replacement of floor trap, and applying 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) with WPC liquid Conplast 421,and applying one coat each of Nitoproof 100 priming coat @1Ltr/5Sqm, after the priming coat applying Nitoproof 120 on plastered surfaces @1Ltr/2.5Sqm, filling the sunken floor with PCC (1:5:10) using brick bat and WPC Conplast - 421, rendering again 40mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC Conplast - 421, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for prepration of surface by cleaning to remove loose particles, dust, latance etc, cutting grooves again remove loose particles, dust, latance etc properly, filling cracks/damaged portions/hollow areas/gaps of RCC and masonary upto 15mm to 20mm widhth and 10mm to 15mm deep by using polymer modified cement mortars and making good surface like existing painted surface with the help of cement mortar and paint, all as directed and as per manufacturers instructions. M&L for prepration of preparation of New/old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls/chajjas by cleaning to remove loose particles, dust, latance etc., Filling of holes/Cracks with CNS filler material. Applying one priming coat of SMART CARE DAMP PROOF with thinner at the rate of 0.40 Ltr/Sqm (0.20Ltr Smart Damp Proof : 0.20Ltr Water). Applying second coat of SMART CARE DAMP PROOF after 05 to 06 Hrs at the rate of 0.40 Ltr/Sqm, and apply the third coat after 6 to 8 Hrs once the second coat is dry at the rate of 0.40 Ltr/Sqm all as directed and as per manufacturers instructions. Make : M/s Asian Paint/Berger/ Pidilite Industries Ltd/ STP Ltd./Choksey. Note : Cracks filler, Priming Coat and Damp Proofing coat used shall be of same Make/ Manufacturer. [Note : (i) All above maint work sites will be handed over in piece meal/patches in any qty and size for execution of the work without damaging the undamaged portion as per user requirement. (ii) For the emergancy work like water tanks, plumbing fittings etc which effects basic needs will be advanced procured by the contractor and fixed on emergancy basis on short notice please.]

Dismantling floor, hearth wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (But not backing) & M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300x200mm x 6-7mm thick over 10mm backing coat in CM (1:4) jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the surface complete all as specified. (Note : Work shall be executed in patches without damaging other undamaged portion, of any size as directed by Engr-in-Charge)

Dismantling floor, hearth wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) & S&F non skid ceramic coloured tiles 300x300mm x 6-7mm thick over 15mm screed in CM 1:6 jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the surface complete all as specified. (Note : Work shall be executed in patches without damaging other undamaged portion, of any size as directed by Engr-in-Charge)

Dismantling of PVC Pipes with fittings upto 75mm to 110mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of Red colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall,fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.
