Construction and Maintenance of Bhalibhata to Attango under MMSY TRIP Scheme in the district of Rayagada for the year 2025 26

B.T. ROAD Clearing and grubbing road land in area of light jungle including uprooting rank vagetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of tress cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned upto a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness including watering and cost of labour, cess & all materials etc. complete as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5kms, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & Clause 305 of MoSRT&H specifications for Road and Bridge works (4th Revision) with cost of all labour, T&P and with cess, royality and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Payment of earthwork will be made compacted level section) only

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 and as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other sturcture comprising of masonry, cement concrete wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking the serviceable materials with all lifts and lead of 1000m as per Technical Specification Clause 202

Excavation for roadway in hard soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, inaccordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankement location with a lift of up to 1.5m and lead up to 1000m as per techincal specification clause 302.3 of MoRD and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Excavation in ordinary rock using Hydraulic Excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers,transporting to embankment site with a lift upto 1000m,trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines,grades and cross-section as per Techinal Specification clause 302.3.5.

Excavation for roadway in hard rock (blasting prohibited) by Mechanical Means with rock breakers including breaking rock, loading in tippers and disposal with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 1000 metres, trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross- sections by mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3.5 and as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Earth work in excavation in disintegrated rock not requiring blasting, including loosening, cutting and excavating the disintegrated rock by pick axes and crow bars, removing the excavated materials to the required width, depth and level, dressing of sides and levelling of the bed, initial lead and lift, and stacking the useful excavated materials clear of the work site within the specified lead, complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of Granular sub-base by providing Close graded Granular Sub-base Grading-III material as per table-400-1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost, conveyance taxes, royality, additional charges, DMF 10% & EMF 5% over royalty cess complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100 KN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricadding and maintenance of diversion etc. as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification clause 406 with cost of all labour, T&P and with cess, royality, additional charges, DMF 10% & EMF 5% over royalty and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
